Rooms are clean,functional, polite staff. Bathroom are not upto level but clean. No bath tubs and shower area is also little congested but ok. Loved the place. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean, neat and well furnished. Stayed two nights in a superior room, loved the huge bathroom. It was the most spacious bathroom i ever encountered in a hotel and marble-tiled everywhere. Overall a very good experience.

Hi all. My family n I had just return frm a short christmas getaway to Batam. Staying in the Pacific Palace was great. We felt comfortable... The staff was helpful...curteous..always smiling... The rooms are clean...spacious... Breakfast spread was great... What more can I ask for... Walking distance to various malls...food outlets.... Will definately go there again in d future.
