Swimming pool is not clean n too small....and acces to that place is not comfort....food is excellent.... Maybe u can renov that pool to be more fun place (specialy for kid)... And more pleasure for adult (cafe n music)

Very friendly service. Rooms are light however bathrooms could do with more light and a better shower. Breakfast fine. Location a Little too fra away from city centre. Not many restaurants or shops around.

The staff are very friendly. The only minus point is that the maintenance of room cannot be kept up to the aging of the hotel. Also, this is the smallest TV I ever encounter in hotel. Though the TV program is very comprehensive.

good place in surabaya is near from the down town and easy to find this address and the Hotel have a nice pool and the breakfast is fantastic menu cause they have a traditional food from surabaya but the room still under renovation so is little bit noisy,

room average; service very low expectation; very slow respond on your request; no attention from the staff; very slow check in process; the service below expectation. I used to stay in Grand Mercure Surabaya in the past and the service absolutely going down now. The Grand Mercure was one of my favorite hotel in Surabaya but now not anymore.
