Stayed here on and off a month and was blown away by the opulence. Staff are great, surrounding are fabulous but expect to pay for it. There is nothing the staff cannot help you with and will fall over themselves to do so!

TTC Travel Mart 27 March 2013 was organized 13-times in JW Marriott Surabaya since 2005. We always satisfy with the services: Rooms, Banquets, Staffs etc. Hopefully we could organize again next year as long as the Ball Room still accommodate with the needs. We are using 100 room for 2 nights - no complaint at all.

I stayed 4 nights at this facility in April. While some aspects of the hotel room seem a bit tired ( carpet shows its age), what makes the difference is the excellence of the staff. Truly amazing ! Helpful, kind and attentive team, no exception. A great experience.
