“Strategic location”

I stayed here just for one night. Nothing special with this hotel except its location is near from Juanda Airport. I dissapointed with the convention hall facilities. There is no stage at all, has bad sound, and poor lighting. But the food is fine, many good indonesian cuisine.

“Location & food are the best!”

Like other reviewers have noted, the best part of this place is the location close to the airport. Only a short drive & 40,000-50,000 rupiah cab fare. “Convenient to the airport...”

It is close-ish to the airport. It does have that going for it. But as two friends traveling together it was disappointing that they didn't have the two twin beds we requested when we made the reservations. We ended up sharing a king bed. “Stay only if you need to be by the airport”

There's one good point about Hotel Utami: it is very close to the Surabaya airport. Honestly, the place is ok for a one night stay, the place was clean, nothing totally unacceptable like bugs or such.
