“Bad service and slow action!”

I was stay in this hotel dor 2 nights, with my wife, shock ! When I see superior room with pool view, very dirty, nothing to do !!!! Wall need to paint, lamp cover need to change, Air conditioner not working, Staff not friendly,, 1 april they change management, with orange hotel, so I hope it will be better than... More

“Old Hotel Terrible Service”

Late check in since they do not have room, ignorance staff (reasons system down, they have group stay). Room is dirty (spot in the chairs, walls need to be painted). Late breakfast coupon (not give all upon check in), Housekeeping not cleaning the room until we call them (second day at 18.00pm), and keep guest ID during guest stay untl... More

if you wanna enjoy to the facilities of the hotel, please dont stay to this hotel.this hotel is good only for sleeping.because there are not too much facilities provided. the staff is hard to smile and looks like graduated from Hospitality background. so dont expect too much for the service from this hotel.
