I stayed here with my fam during holiday season. Twife blackout, the electricity just suddenly shut down, the worst when i took a shower. Nice staff and cheap rate! The breakfast just so so, very salty. Strategic place, in the mid chinatown. Many foods and streetfood near hotel.

I stayed this hotel based on recommendation from my friend. The price was also affordable with facilities inside such as swimming pool (even small swimming pool), room facilities and breakfast menu. The feed back for this hotel is muezzins from the mosques. The room should be soundproof considering located at township area. Wifi also was unstable. For three star hotel,... More

If you are looking for somewhere clean and of good western standard then this is a good hotel. My two criticisms are that: The service leaves a lot to be desired because they play a bit at not understanding basic requests despite all speaking better English than staff at other hotels who are only too happy to try to understand... Starts with booking: online booking was easy, , and got confirmation right away. Checking in was easy and fast. Staffs were efficient amd friendly.booked an executive room, so room size was great, bed was decent. Few things minor that i didnt really like: the sofa is not comfortable and looks like something from the 70s. Towels were old and in... More

Stayed there with brothers-sisters-niece-nephew. As a hotel, it has all the basic we need; room is clean, a small wardrobe is in place complete with the hangers and laundry bags, hotel slippers is there, toiletries is prepared. Check-in and check-out process were simple and straight forward. They have swimming pool. Not big but keeps the kids splash on :) It... More

But you can tell that this hotel is popular because there are some indonesian artists stay there and this hotel become a film location too. The room is spacious and cozy. The poolside is great. The breakfast is... More

Located at almost the city center this hotel is a good choice for those looking for a quiet place. The swimming pool is nice, the reception area is very convenience for hotel's guests to sit down and wait before going up to the rooms or going out.

The hotel is very close to the city center. There are many famous local delicacies one can try. Soto bokoran and tahu gimbal Pak Mun are within walking distance. The oldest traditional market is also within walking distance.

Value for money quite fair to say, except for hotel marketing staff. Room facilities is just standard, lobby is nice, pool is too small. Changes # rooms that booked through Internet is not easy to do, marketing staff in phone line can't do anything...
