We loved the people here + being far away from the busy centre. The rooms were a bit basic but somewhat unclean. The bathroom made us decide to sleep with our clothes on untill we were picked up around 1:00 to go to Bromo. Padi is RLY far from the centre, and a bit tough to locate for taxi's &... More

The place isn't that easy to find but Google map will help you go to this place. The atmosphere, ambiance, design, view is fine. We rent the biggest cottage they have, they called it joglo, consist of 2 room with 3 queen size bedrom. Huge living room and nice porch. Love it... And that's about it... The rest is... Well... Nice place and it's so quiet place to relax. They provided the motorbike rent and Mr. Bromo's tour. My friends and i stayed in standart rooms which it didn't provide hot water in Malang, and it was so cooolllddd even we took shower on the day. However, the staff were extremely great. They helped us to arrange the tour and... More

Awesome! This hotel is different from another hotel generally. The view actually isn't great but, they have something different. Exactly in the middle of this hotel, you can see the rice field. Maybe i can say, surrounded by rice field. You can swim, enjoy your drink and fell like you're in the mountain. Even for me local people, i've think... More

I know it was off-season when I was there, but this place gave me the creeps. I didn't see another guest the whole time I was there and walking from my room to reception I went past a stagnant-looking swimming pool which could have been really appealing if a bit more care was taken of it. Anyway, the grounds are... More

After one year i returned to this beautiful place for two nights. It is stil an oasis of rest in between the busy noisy streets of Malang. Perfect set-up with good swimmingpool as well. Unfortunately they seem to have changed the staf/managment and although the boys are trying to be very helpfull, it needs a good manager to tell the... More

This place is run by a group of men and really needs a womans touch. It is far from Malang so you will always be taking taxis which you will have to order. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. There is no restaurant on the site, no food or drink of any kind. There is no tea or coffee... More

It's a beautiful hostel. For sure. the pool is pretty and the garden too but it's not enough to enjoy your stay. there is no restaurant and nothing around the hostel to eat. The reception don't propose any tourists attractions and will bearly help you to find some... they will say "yes yes" but nothing will happen after. Only one... More

The staff and service has been superb. We are 6 people and stayed 4 nights. They helped us with everything we asked for (massage, food late at night, help in booking tours, groceries, anything. The owner is very inspirational and has a huge room with only instruments... Every night they would play music and we were welcomed in joining in. Great... More

We were supposed to stay 2 nights here. The family room we asked for was not available on the first night so they gave us the pavilion closest to the reception. It was like living in a barn. The bedsheets were dirty, bathroom was filthy and the dirty stone floor was covered with an even dirtier construction felt cover. We... More
