Although it has three stars rating according to http://www.pegipegi.com and http://www.agoda.com Ollino Garden Hotel in Malang (http://www.ollinogarden.com) doesn't demonstrate even the minimum three stars hotel quality. They hanged used towel that I put on the floor, indicating that I need a new towel ;-( . They didn't wash used glasses, among other worse services I got when staying there couple... More

I really love the hotel interior & exterior design, friendly associates, the Front Desk provides us an early check in which we really appreciated. my only concern is only the breakfast food, we went there arround 07.00am and all the soup & maincourse were in cold condition which was not convenience for the morning meals, this will be great if... As a budget hotel, this place is good. Clean, good staff, good location (at downtown area), and the room is quiet good (i took the moderate room) although the furnitures inside the room are not best quality. But i think it's ok! The only worst part is when heavy rain, you must be very carefull because the corridor is very... More

We stayed there 3 nights, since this was the only place we found with free rooms. Haven't booked anything in advance and we landed in this place. Let's start however with pluses: - good, very central location is a big advantage of this place; it's just 5 minutes walk from the alun alun; - very kind, even if not trained... More

This hotel offer us 425.000 with breakfast included. The hotel interior like europe/greece architecture but the room very... More

We chose this hotel for our Bromo trip, after found out that most of the hotels in Malang were fully booked. Not very happy though. Check-in process was VERY slow, and the lady in the front office (Wiwid) seemed confused, no smile. We stayed in the deluxe room at the first night which was okay, it has high ceiling and... More

Ollino is comparatively brand new in terms of building. 12 years ago it was a small motel, which became nonactive, and about 3 years ago, they built a new, quite good looking hotel with pretty classic design. We booked a suite room, and for IDR.700k it was quite satisfying. King sized bed, soft, cool sheets, modern and classic design, which... More
