Quiet, relaxing and happy people. There people who speak english, at least they understand you. Also there is a man who understands dutch and can talk a little as well. The restaurant/garden is really relaxing, there are pretty birds too. Not a lot of choice when it comes to breakfast. Only bread with jam and nasi/bami. In the weekends the... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in mid-September ‘14. It has some very positive features, but there are shortcomings as well. The hotel is in a beautiful setting overlooking a river and agricultural fields. If a quiet getaway is your goal this might be a good choice, but if your purpose is to experience the core of... More

this hotel is located near 2 rivers whith a beautiful view seeing the rice fields. but because of the rivers a bit noisy. a perfect start of your holiday. breakfast is simple but good. as most rooms and other accommodation are not on the same level they are connected by stone stairs which can be come a bit slippery by... Stayed here for two nights at the start of a 10 day trip to Java and Bali. Don't let the road to here put you off - it really is a lovely place to stay. My room was very large and bright and I had a lovely view from my balcony over the river and fields. As other reviewers have... More

Happily surprised to have found this gem hidden away in an off the road, almost off road valley. Te beauty of the rice paddies, the ever rushing of the river below the building are stunning. Surrounded by montains ,lovely plants and flowers one comes to peace. Lovely gardens, sprakling pool, very friendle and helpful staff complete the picture. Food and... More

We stayed just 12 hours in this hotel and it was a pity because the location was great. View on rise plantation and a small river. The room was OK but more attention could be made for the bathrooms. The breakfast was a bit poor the best thing was the fried rise.

In 2008 I stayed 6 times in this wonderfull place. It was à perfect hide away from the busy city of Bogor, where I lived for 6 months. They have à possibility for à taxi service. It's about 30 min drive outside Bogor. Nature is really beautiful. The men of the hotel are really friendly (They have only man employees, it... More

Good hotel with a nice ambience, in a wonderful surrounding. A very nice start to visit Java, after flying on Jakarta. We didn't mind the sound of the river, for us it was relaxing. I red some complaints about the food. The breakfast is good, but the dinner is not a recommandation (cheap, but a little bit too less). There... More

Back to Nature is the slogan. You are not paying for 4 star accommodation so don'I expect it. What you can expect are large airy rooms with a view over the river. Ok the bathroom needs a coat of paint but so what. The staff are very helpful even though it takes a little while for the requirement to be... More

We came to this guesthouse, after beeing a few days in Jakarta. It is an ideal place to relax and escape from the busy life of a big town. The surrounding is very green and peacefull. Green because every evening at 5 pm, it starts raining! The food is very good and people very friendly. They could do some renovations... More
