We stayed for 2 nights, at classic room. The room was quite, sound proof, elegant, well designed, and bath tub available . The staff are nice and friendly, also there's a nice pool. A well managed hotel, staff and room. Will definitely come back

I have high expectation with papandayan hotel since its number 2 in tripadvisor rank. But papandayan failed to impressed me. The service is poor. Front desk is not friendly AT ALL. Great looking hotel... solid wine selection... Rooms are new a well laid out, huge rain shower in bathroom. The door seems a bit thin, and the road noise is a little loud in the rooms facing the main road. The business lounge is very tastefully decorated.. the food selection is rather small though. My hubby and I stayed 3 days in Bandung. This is our second honeymoon and we enjoyed this hotel a lot. Execellent service and good arrangement of our transportation for the ease of sight seeing and dining. The manager, Andi , is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the days we have been here.

After a drive from Jakarta and the driver getting lost looking for this hotel, arrived here in late Dec 2012 and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Rooms very clean and well set out. WiFi was a bit flakey depending on where your room was in the building.
