Stayed two nights here for some company outing. Nothing really special about this hotel. The cottages and rooms are quite dated. Need some perking up. The sheets and towels are not as pristine as they should be. Food is quite poor. On the second day all the dish during breakfast service was cold. Staff are friendly and courteous though.

Located at the north of cold Bandung, this hotel provides you cottages with full of natural scenery. It suited for you who wants to take heed of serenity, far from shopping town, less of noise pollution, cold air even without air conditioner.

Stayed for a night during a company event, and enough for me to decide not to go there again by any occasion. The location is great for outdoor purposes, great air, great view, but not the hotel itself. The room is old, and the furniture are lack of maintenance. I could see water drops from the ceiling (it was raining... More

I don't know what happen with another trip Advisor travelers, but for me this hotel is horrible. I was there for company picnic. My room was at 114. Looks like this is an old room. The room size and the bathroom is very big but very dirty. Ok let me explain one by one. Bedroom = less light, bed linen dirty,... More

I stay at room #215 and it was very convenient. It has no air conditioner because the weather there is already cold. Gunung Puteri is situated at slope of the hill with fresh air. The place is good for family vacation and company out-bond. But I have difficulty to find good food there, the restaurant offered bad food and the... More

Went there in Nov. 16-17 for company outing. The room was good but rather small. I have the one with no open view since the location is in the middle of the villas' flock. For people who want to see the open nature view, do ask for the rooms in the right wing of the premises. But even there -... More

Good place with poor rate, please considers to reduce the rate properly. Then for enter gates please put a good signal for drivers. As perfect for family places, please consider to give an access for guest car to be parked at nearest with their room. Thanks

Puteri Gunung is conveniently situates outside Lembang, if you travel by road from Jakarta, you can avoid the legendary traffic jam of Bandung. You need to leave the tollway 50 km before Bandung taking a country road to Subang, a scenery road that will take you through ananas and tea plantations. Then you will arrive west of Lembang and stop... More

I travelled with my family at the end of december 2012, we've got the room in this hotel by Agoda. my room was old, run down, but spacious with the "need help" wooden floor. actually. i choose this hotel coz the photos at their website were amazing. In fact it wasn't. the view is just average for me, Lembang has... More
