I had a nice time at this resort. The staff were all extremely friendly, especially because I speak absolutely no Bahasa Indonesian! The food is cheap and pretty good. The spa is nothing short of spectacular! The hot spa water that drops down from the roof onto your back is like a warm massage, you can also lay down on... More

We got lost driving there because the map wasn't clear, but when we called the resort, they were very kind and patient in giving us the right directions. It is far from Bandung, about 1 - 2 hours away (depending on traffic) but close to Lembang and Boscha. We had an amazing time there, it was quiet and tranquil, we... More

I just returened from 3D2N holiday in Bandung. When you think of Bandung, first thing in your mind is cold and fresh air, hot spring and factory outlet. Bundung has lots of nice nature e.g. padi field, tea plantation, strawberry/ berries field (taste very sweet like sugar), waterfall and many more. We decided to stay at Tea Garden Resort to... More

Great Staff (friendly and supportive) : Gia, Bayu, Driver and team. Great Location : Tranquil, quiet, fresh air, cooling, suitable for those that like nature and watch village life/people. Great Restaurant (local food/Music) : Sudanese Food/Nasi Timbel/Ginger Tea Great relaxing spa at night Suggestion : good to add some more curtain on the grass window to block the sunlight/heat Good... We stayed here several times (live temporarily in Jakarta, 3 hours drive if no traffic jams) and we just never can get enough of the views on the tea plantations surrounding the resort. Finally some clean air, peace and quiet in Indonesia. Rates are a bit steep, but there are often promotions if staying more than one night, which then... More

I chose TGR over some other resorts in the Lembang & Subang areas because I like the minimalist modern architecture which looks no older than 5 yrs old. I didn't like the idea of staying in buildings from the 70's. Either it should be brand new or hundred years old. So I went there. I'll write down the pros &... More

Given all the nice reviews on TA and the pictures of the property, I was really looking forward to staying here. While the surrounding is beautiful, our stay was by made uncomfortable and unpleasant by quite a few problems. First of all the design of the villa is impractical. There are no blinds or curtains, just strips of thin white... More

We recently returned from a one night stay at the Tea Garden Resort. We are expats living in Indonesia. We went to see the local volcano stay over and to do some outlet mall shopping in Bandung. The resort is almost impossible to find. If not for a comment on this website giving more specific instructions we would have never... More

This is the perfect place for our family. Surrounded by Tea Plantation and Padi field, very quite, far far away from hustle bustles.. The villa is perfect for the parents who loves the nature and quite environment. Perfect for the kids who can not stay away from modern life style (cable and DVD player included). The pantry is quite complete,... More
