It's relatively old hotel. Old furnished and so on. The facilities is complete: using key card, pool, breakfast; but with a standard quality. Value for money if you only wish to have a bed and bathroom.

This hotel appears to have 2 sets of rooms - refurbished and non-refurbished. The non-refurbished rooms were last decorated in the 1980s. They are small, dank and the bathroom smells awful. Sheets, whilst obviously laundered, have stains and holes in them. Breakfast was not bad - a range of hot Indonesian staples such as nasi goreng, fresh fruit, toast and... More

I booked this hotel through Agoda. The location is in the city. I was very surprised when I entered my room, it was so small, dark and the bathroom was stinky. The air conditioned wasn't working so it's really hot in that room. The room was totally different from the pictures I saw at Agoda. So I asked my husband... More

My room was on the street side, very noisy . The room had old dusty spider webs. I got another room. Stayed over the weekend, so families with screaming children at the swimming pool woke me up at 5am. On the second day there was heavy rain Water came trough the ceiling on four different places. Had to move to... More

my first time stayed at Mutiara Hotel and it is good hotel, nice, and confy. I got the promotional rate, thats great! The room is good as well as the bathroom. What a pity that we got the bed sheet not clean or you can say that have a stain mark. Simple breakfast for Sunday morning, quite spacious for the... More

Stayed in this hotel as some friends and i attended a wedding in the area. Service was good, rooms spacious enough and most importantly clean, with hot water (added bonus when in Indonesia). One of the great things about this hotel is that its very close to Bandung train station making it ideal to get to, and the hotel itself... More

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff that make you feel at home. The rooms are adequate but I would ask one located out the back courtyard to avoid the noise of cars. The pool area is nice to unwind from the busy city. Breakfast is served in this area and its a nice way to wake... More

My first impression was not exactly good, but as i stayed longer, the place kinda grew on me and it's felt quite homely in the end. It's more of a motel with local and overseas guests. The outstanding features are the very helpful staff who will help you cross the very busy road and get an angkut if you need,... More

As other reviewers stated already: you don't stay at Mutiara for the atmosphere, which is sort of motel-like. The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station, with lots of rooms. When we were there mostly Indonesian tourgroups. Rooms are large and have ok beds, but are somewhat musty. They are clean though. Pool is a nice touch, but it... More

I am happy to stay at this hotel, 1 room with 3 beds is also there, although the hotel was long, but I feel pretty good, that need to be in the clear is having breakfast just to make it more nicely, but for class 3-star hotel is pretty good and satisfying, I rest very comfortable once I from jakarta,...
