They have a two story family suite which is nice to have, as a larger family can stay in one room. Cost was $125/nt, so not cheap, but can sleep 6. The room is a little tired, and could use some updating, but is nice enough. The garden area is beautiful and it is a nice oasis on the crazy... More

Although this is centrally located, especially during our two day stay during busy high tourist season in August, this place was SO disappointing for the money we spent! Our first night I was awoken at 6am and couldn't go back to sleep because of the construction pounding right next to our room. The front desk claimed they had nothing to... More

I always visit this restaurant when I'm in Bali. They serve good food, nicely arranged and good value for money. The restaurant is situated at a small pond with lotus - very charming. The only drawback is a toilet - just one for both men and women and not very well positioned.

Every holiday to Bali, we always stay at this hotel, because the service is very friendly, personal, and have easy access to tourist attractions. Its location adjacent to the monkey forest and just a short walk to the location of the local market to obtain souvenirs such as t-shirts, clothes and paintings. The hotel also features books to read, a... More

I am currently staying here - July 17th 2015. The hotel is clearly a bit dated & tired. In need of a good sprucing up. But the structure is there. The owner is really engaging. A terrific guy & has a determination to bring this place back to its full potential. He has recently acquired the place I understand. The... More

I cannot comment on the accommodation here as we did not stay but the restaurant needs a bit of work. The service was poor, one of the waitresses must have had a rotten oyster under her tongue, seems to be the only reason for her constant frown. You're working in hospitality darling, try a smile every now and again. The... More

I am sorry I have to relate the very bad experience we had from this restaurant. It has taken me some time to write this review. At the time of our visit, my husband and I were too ill for me to go back and inform the staff of what happened to us after our visit to their restaurant for... More

My partner and I stayed at the Ubud Inn last year in July and had a wonderful experience. The Ubud Inn is not a 5 star resort but that is not what we wanted nor what they were offering. It is a beautiful, clean and lovely place to stay. The staff always went above and beyond for us. They knew... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2015

Over the past eight years I've stayed at Ubud Inn a half dozen times including one three-month visit. This isn't an international five-star resort, doesn't represent itself as such, certainly doesn't charge resort rates and thus any negative reviews that evaluate it under those standards are completely unfair, mean-spirited. It's a small locally owned establishment with a more than friendly... More
