If you are looking to get out of the noise and hassles of street sellers in Kuta or central Ubud then this is a place you must consider. If you want a cooler jungle environment with infinity pool, superb gardens, ravine hilltop location and within 5 minutes walk of beautiful rice padi terracces then this is a great place to... More

Great place to use as base for all things to do in Ubud, we chose a cabin close to the infinity pool with a great view of the jungle. The staff is very helpful with arranging activities for you and will even drive you for free to ubud center. The food is also very good :)

We stayed there just for one night during our trip from Nusa Dua exploring Ubud region. If we knew that this would be so nice then we should book at least one more day. Stuff very nice. Pool and rooms with views by the river. Very close to Ubud if you drive your own car as we did. I think... More

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Loved it last time and loved it this time, too. There is art work everywhere and the grounds are well-kept but still have a true secret garden feel to them. Food is delicious. Staff outstanding. And, the museum and art gallery underground is really a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Don't miss... More

This resort is unreal! The pictures on here do it no justice. The BlueBird taxi from the airport was about an hour and cost $450,000Rp. Once you get to Tanah Merah, get settled, and imbibe a Bintang or two, ask to see the museum that the owner (Dr. Peter) has amassed beneath the resort. I made the mistake of taking... More

We stayed at the studio. Otherwise room was very nice exept few cons: there was a lot of ants and once a roach and the aircon didn´t work. We got moved to room next door, but the aircon wasn´t better there. If you want to sleep good try cottage. Hotel grounds was beatuful and pools great. Food was good but... More

We have travelled around Java for 3 weeks and this was like a heaven after all that trekking and moving every day. We stayed for 3 days. It's absolute paradise, clean and quiet. Restaurant has perfect dishes and the best beef i've had in all asia. Propably one of the best stays for us in a lifetime, but we are... More

Originally booked for 3 nights. We were given the gardenia room with pool and forest view. This room was next to the restaurant for dinner. Little longer walk past front desk for breakfast in the morning. Menu breakfast that's pretty good. Our friends were staying near the breakfast area and had a great room with Forrest view and sounds of... More

This was great place to stay in Ubud. It isn't the flashiest place around, but it is very authentic and the staff there are wonderful. It was very quiet while were there, so we had the pool to ourselves most day. The breakfast was great, and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was rally nice too. Would... More
