We had room 102 - DO NOT stay in this room. It was at the other reception area that is not part of the main hotel. We had no balcony and no view. Tucked away nowhere. The garden area in the centre is the only "view" we had. We had to walk along an outside path passing other guest houses... More

Following a friend's recommendation, we stayed at Green field hotel. The staff were friendly and genuine, the breakfast was excellent and the view from our room outstanding. It was so nice relaxing on the balcony watching the farmers at work on the rice fields that it was hard at times to leave our room. The pool area was nice and... More

I don't think there is one thing bad I can say about Green Field. Everything is top notch. The staff are amazing, and feel more like family after a few days than hotel staff. Very helpful and polite. The ambiance is majestic and very Balinese, which I like (since we're in Bali). The sound of Balinese music, gentle incense... nice.... More

I planned to book this place online in advance, but I need to provide them my credit card info as guarantee, which made me feel unsafe, so I gave this place up. But when I was in ubud and experienced the terrible Rumah Taman, I moved here. Because I didn't book room in advance, so those cheap rooms were both... More

I stayed for 5 nights at Green Fields 3 nights in Bale Sukat and 2 nights Bale Banga due to a full hotel. Bale Sukat room 201 upstairs, the bedroom was quite large and very light. Comfortable bed and very large bathroom. The only drawback was a hand held shower in a corner bath, would have been easier and not... More

Highly highly recommend this place. Peaceful & windy. Sunny but warm. Travelled in end June'2013. Very friendly staff. Smiles brighten your day. Cosy place. Paddy field right in front your balcony. Day bed. Reasonable & affordable price. Food is good. Choice of different egg cook for everyday breakfast. Fast response staff & great service ((low gas) air-con not working in... More

To any who wish to have a peaceful stay with a great view we highly recommend this amazing place, the room looking over. The ricefields are beautiful. They have different range of prices and good value. Breakfast is so good, staff very friendly. We go to Ubud just to enjoy the stay in this hotel !

We stayed 7 days here. Our room is just next to the pool which surprisingly is still not that noisy. Didn't expect much from this hotel however I'm very impressed by this hotel. Air con is cold enough, water pressure is good with hot water running consistently unlike some better stars hotel, bed is decent not the most comfortable I... More

Overall, this is a great value stay option near the center of Ubud. You're walking distance to the major roads, have the added bonus of great rice field views and a nice pool, and benefit from a casual feel that lends itself to long stays. This is good for the single traveler, families with kids, Yoga Barn attendees, and for... More
