Good location great service, down a nice quiet lane of the Main Street and only a short distance from Monkey forest, there our bars and restaurants only a short walk, the rooms was very spacious for our family with a king bed downstairs and another king bed on the second level up a cute spiral staircase.

The room was a bit spartan and a couch would have been nice but it was very clean and spacious. There was no kettle in the room but the staff were very friendly and helpful, supplying us with a kettle when we asked. The breakfast was good. There was a bit of noise from some nearby building and at times we could hear other guests in the room next to us, but overall the place was good value.

We spent 4 nights here and could have stayed even longer. The room was large and the air-conditioner was great. Very nice location: peaceful and quiet in the property but just a short walk to the Ubud centre. Not luxurious but good value for the price!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious room with two double beds. Very clean! The pool was beautiful and a great place to relax. Very central location but a little bit off the main road so not too noisy. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel happy and comfortable! Highly recommended.

Had a good time there. Big room, nothing missing. Good breakfast. Close to monkey forest. Good aircon. Nice pool. Common, this are enough signs. Many plants are here. Most of the time its quiet. They keep this place clean.

Good location for this nice hotel, midway between the palace and the monkey forest. We stayed 3 nights. The furniture is in a nice colonial style, the hotel shows signs of aging, insulation (both thermal and sound) is quite inexistant since the windows don't close properly. Fortunately the hotel is in a nice quiet impass with a really nice garden. The bathroom is clean (with tub) but also aging. The fridge is nice to have cold water although it is quiet noisy. The hotel gives an impression of high standing hotel but lacks some details in order to be considered as such (lack of suffisant electric outlets, limited toiletries products...) The private terrasse is quite nice and the swimming pool is small but enjoyable. Excellent and well furnished à la carte breakfast including fresh juice, fruit platter, hot drink and your choice of eggs and toast/pancakes/nasi... the staff is very nice and can accommodate you with any request (one day we needed to have the breakfast at 7:30 when the restaurant opens at 8:00 and they had no problem opening it earlier just for us). We paid 570kRp/night in high season.

This property is next to my favourite Spa in Ubud and always wanted to see what it was like. After arriving in Ubud without accommodation booked my first two options were fully booked in this busy season. Went to this property and they had a nice room for 1 night, so booked in and then booked an hour half massage and body scrub to get rid of 8 days grime from motorbike ride around Lombok. It is a great location, central along Monkey Forest Road (other accomm. was another kilometre or so further out) Next time in Ubud I will try this place first and take my partner. Breakfast was included and was good.

The hotel and the restaurant was located amidst lush greenery yet you were nearly immediately near fine bars and restaurants. It was located down an alley in a beautiful garden. We stayed at an upper floor level room in a quite large room with beautiful view on the pool and garden. There were two double beds nicely appointed with wood carving at the head end. Towels decorated in duck shape. The windows huge so we could see the our green surroundings from our beds. The Aircon was of high quality with a dry and humid option. Unfortunately there was no mirror in the room and we don't like to go to the bathroom every time. They cleaned the rooms thoroughly incl windows. We had room service but sometimes they didn't understand orders, I had to tell them every day that the food was salty and most of the time they ran out of ingredients like rucola or mushrooms. However, the owner and staff went out of their way to make us happy. Definitely a place to chill out and go out at night.
