After getting into Bali at 2am and crashing near the airport, we left for Ubud around 11am. Not having a chance to research where to stay in Ubud, I walked along the Main rd. and came across this pretty little hotel. Although Ubud is a lot calmer than Kuta, it's still busy and this little boutique hotel sits inside this... More

I recently stayed at the Puri Saraswati for 3 nights as a solo traveller. Room: Spotlessly clean, large and bright my room included a flat screen TV, small fridge and super efficient air conditioner. The large bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely with a giant rain shower head and great pressure. It also had a lovely private... More

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and safe hotel in centre of Ubud. Rooms have private entrances and balconies. So conveniently close to everything. There is a beautiful temple right on hotel grounds. Lovely and affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was good size. The exterior appearance is the charm that attracted us to this hotel. Front desk staff were great! Wi-fi access. Pool was clean. Close to the art district and close to some great restaurants and attractions. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a monkey screeching but I thought it added to... More

the bungalows are perfectly located in the center of Ubud with temples, galleries, walking market streets and restaurants within easy walking distance. the old style rooms are pleasant, the ants that you may share the space with do not seem to bite. perhaps breakfast is the main disappointment. the fixed menu does not vary and has limited choices for a... This is a very reasonably priced peaceful place in the middle of busy, noisy, colorful Ubud. The guest rooms are spacious and the grounds behind the hotel's walls are serene and beautiful. Breakfast is served by friendly waitstaff, on a covered lanai surrounded by beautiful and lavish landscape. A fountain and pool on the property are nearby, visible through the... More

This hotel is located in the very heart of Ubud close to everything you could want. There is a beautiful temple with lotus pond right next door. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the personnel efficient and helpful, the gardens delightful. There is a pool, but it's very small - then again you don't come to Ubud for swimming pools.... Small complex of bungalows in a central location in Ubud. It is on the main road and the traffic noise woke us in the mornings around 6:30. Our bungalow was upstairs towards the front. It overlooked the pool but did get the street noise. Breakfast was good and all made to order, limited choice but good. The pool is clean... More

I stayed for one week in a bungalow with a double bed. The rooms are comfortable if a bit dated. Best part of this place is the central, yet quiet location. You are right in the middle of everything and most of the restaurants, sights and shopping is within easy walking distance. The garden and the pool area are beautiful... More

These traditional style bungalows are centrally located and right next to the Lotus Garden which hosts a great range of traditional Balinese cultural events. We could often hear and watch the gamelan from the vantage of the garden at Saraswati. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly. At dusk every night mosquito coils would be lit on the porch... More
