This place is well located and well priced. The rooms quite large and the bathrooms OK. Priced at Rp 250,000 for fans orRp 350,000 with a/c.Breakfast included. . There is a good sized pool. the gardens are well maintained. However it could be so much better with just a few changes. There are no glasses in the rooms,or Bottle openers... More

this hotel was in a very good location in the monkey forest street, very near to the monkey forest itself. in the morning, i found one monkey sitting in from of our hotel before it ran back to its habitat. the hotel was typically traditional family owned. the receptionist wasn't warm welcome or polite. i found out from a a... Booked here in advance using Agoda. When we came to check in they had no idea we had a reservation. Our room was a huge disappointment even though the price was low and we didn't expect much. Bed was comfortable but apart from that we didn't want to spend any time in the room. Bathroom had a constant pool of... More

After an initially 'hostile' welcoming from a lady at the front desk when booking rooms, i was welcomed with my family and provided lodging in their deluxe bungalows. Although they're a little dated, they're much nicer than other locations close by for a similar price. Ask and you shall receive. We were provided extra towels and hot water to make... More

Really nice location, close to the Monkey Forest, Ubud market and Ubud Palace. Swimmingpool is enjoyable, the room was ok but strong incense's smell in the sheets. Negative points: bathroom needs a huge upgrade, quite dirty in my opinion and becames flooded all the time. Breakfast was ok but staff not really friendly except the guy that works at night.... Stayed for three nights in early September. Firstly the bungalows look nothing like the pictures and in stark contrast what you get is a rather dark and gloomy room with dirty linen, a toilet that doesn't flush properly and really dim lights. If you stay in a bungalow that is semi-attached to another one, be prepared to hear EVERYTHING your... More

The place is kind of "aged" but the hotel has a nice style and a beautiful swimming pool. The room size was ok for 3. The breakfast .. they has some nice pancakes but things were not too clean. It was a good place to rest, after going to shop, and the monkey forest. And don't panic if the monkeys... More

The room was filled with ants, there is a kind of order in the room. The sheets are changed everyday. However, there is also a bad smell on the sheets. I got rashes all over my body after sleeping on their bed, the breakfast was good. You can see monkeys on the roof during your breakfast. All in wasnt that... More

We booked 2 months in advance with Agoda a superior room, on arrival they had no record of our booking & after 10 minutes discussion said "upstairs"... They took us to a downstairs dark smelly dungeon, we asked for another room they put us in a compact room where the airconditioning, fridge & tv all did not work. We requested... More

I agree that the Staff is not helpful in what to see and do around Ubud, however, I thought Pande Permai is a beautiful place, tucked away in the canopy of the Jungle. What really made this place was the very inexpensive massage. I know, I know, everyone tells you to get a massage, but this was the most beautiful... More
