The lush grounds, friendly staff and excellent service contribute to this facility being one of the best value hotels in central Ubud. It far exceeds a home stay at almost the same price for some units. There is a selection of accommodation from 4 to 5 star ratings. Two beautiful swimming pools amid lush grounds with orchids growing in trees... More

The location and the park of the hotel is nice. Don't like the room interior design on Manggis Superior type. But room size is bigger then average hotel room. Lower ground room have bad smell. 2nd floor room is ok (no lift, need bell boy to help to carry the luggage). Water pressure will low at beginning of the usage,... More

My friends and I stayed here during doing a detox retreat at Yoga Barn - it's a very close 6 or so minute walk from there, in the south-east of Ubud. It's about a 20-25 minute walk north to the main road and central shopping area. This place is very well priced and has good service but a bit dated... More

This was our last hotel during our 3 1/2 weeks Bali and Lombok vacation. We have been in Ubud before, there for it is not difficult to make a comparison. The price is good, the location as well. Spa was really payable. Breakfast was good Indonesian standard. Friendly stuff. The room they gave us were really huge.

Really pretty set up. Traditional Balinese style. Lovely lady running the show. We booked double but actually wanted twins and she gave us a room choice. We had a lovely balcony and view. One thing was just one room had no mosquito nets on window. And rooms have fans not AC, this was fine for me. She did my friends... More

On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink - delicious! Staff helped take our belongings to our room which was big, clean and modern. We had a great stay and made full use out of the pools and restaurant which gave many options for breakfast which was included! Close to many restaurants and the monkey forest. Like most places... If you want to find a hotel which is a affordable, located in the center of Ubud, and with good service, I will be highly recommend Tunjung Mas. Around 50USD/per night in peak season, within 10 minutes walk to monkey forest, many restaurants close to the hotel, give you a cup of juice when you are check in, tell you... More

We found this a nice hotel to stay in. The rooms are very clean and you are well looked after by the staff. Breakfast is fresh and they took our dietary wishes (i.e. No sugar) into account. Great service to bring it to the porch of your bungalow! Both pools are lovely set in a garden and clean. Location is... More

We went to Bali last December and we stayed at Tunjung Mas the whole time we were in Ubud. Friendly staff greeted us with smiles and fresh drinks before showing us to our Bungalow. It might not have been the most beautiful room in the world and a bit of dust might have been lying in the corners, but we... More

I stayed 1 night in Manggis Room, this is a new renovated room, room was spacious and clean. But in the down side, the bedsheet, blanket and towels looked old (although they were clean). There was a big gecko outside my bedroom wall, so for those who hate gecko, you may avoid Manggis Room number 2. WiFi connection in the... More
