I am not easily impressed, but must admit that entering our private pool reduced me to tears as I was overwhelmed by the exquisite beauty of the place. This is hands down the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The hotel grounds are an oasis: beautiful flowers, plants, sculptures (with fresh flowers ornating them every morning), ponds, bridges, water... More

Lusher than lush, it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The moment we stepped out of the cab, we were surrounded by breathtaking beauty! I had a bungalow just below the museum, reachable only by steps, but surrounded by the most beautiful flora. This property is also know for its cultivation of rare orchids, some of which... More

After reading all the reviews I was excited to go to this hotel…..First, there is a lot, a lot of stairs to go everywhere ( I was traveling with an older lady…so it was a concern) Our room was more on the normal style, but her room was a balinese style (for which we didn't reserved…free upgrade) Our bathroom was... Arma Resort is simply stunning. I personally didn't realise how beautiful it was until we left Ubud area and headed down to Kuta and Legian. We stayed in a room right outside the fresh flowing river that runs through the resort. It was truely tranquil. I don't know about the other rooms but ours had no television, which to be... More

Arma is seriously the MOST beautiful peaceful place to stay in Bali. The grounds are huge and give you a true Balinese experience. The rooms are traditional style and can only be described as palatial. We spent a lot of time just wandering through the resort which is so pretty, it comes with everything from its own river to lily... More

Our villa was beautiful and traditional in styling. We did struggle with the fact that the bathroom was partially outdoors etc however. Fine during the day but felt less secure durning night-time bathroom trips. Important to be awre that in 2 bedroom villa access between rooms involves going outside and walking through garden around pool (no internal access) - therefore... More

I am regular to Ubud and this time returned to the same hotel I stayed last September. Location is perfect for me, as it is 10-12 min walking distance to Monkey Forest road and 10 min to Yoga Barn studio. The hotel grounds are awesome. The property is big, lush and quiet. Orchids, frangipani, trees, plants, flowers of various colors... More

Six days in what is a resort that is excellent value for money. The gardens are beautiful with a massive diversity if plant life including an impressive range of orchids. Staff are very kind friendly and attentive. Tranquility is a word that springs to mind when relaxing in our superior villa with private pool, balé, outdoor bathroom etc. just lovely.... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Arma Resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, the plumbing was excellent, the rooms spacious, the pool lovely and the grounds full of orchids, statues and serene jungle with a stream flowing through it. If you do the cultural tours offered, especially the Golden Hour and the mysticism tours, and take advantage of inexpensive... More
