Our three night stay at this Resort was very relaxing indeed. We were treated to a villa with our own private swimming pool, complete with a fantastic bed. (We were told the villa had only been built a year ago.) Only disappointment with the villa was there were no comfortable chairs to lounge around in! All the staff we encountered... More

We recently returned from a 3 night stay at the Payogan. We stayed in Villa 301, a one bedroom with an infinity pool. The room was very spacious, and clean and the view was breath taking. Upon our arrival, we checked in with Dian. I mentioned to her that our luggage did not make it to our destination. She went... More

We came and stayed at The Payogan for our honeymoon. Our room was large, clean, tidy and modern. We were given complimentary fruit on arrival and there was a heart made of rose petals on our bed. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was very good and the restaurant overlooked a stunning infinity pool, with an included swim-up bar. A... More

Absolutely fantastic, seriously. Perfect. When we arrived to the hotel our breath was taken away by the view and the gorgeous main building and we continued to be impressed over and over again. The staff was so welcoming and just absolutely fantastic, seriously I can't compliment them enough, especially Yan!! Did I mention how awesome the staff is?! We were... More

A village with ages but still charm by the old day glory. The villa is large with a private pool, comfortable and quiet. The stuff and house keeping maid are helpful. We enjoyed the dinner with candles at the villa pool, and the massage in the room. Every villa has a private pool with different size and shade, I think... More

We recently enjoyed three nights on a family trip in a two bedroom pool valley villa. The rooms have high ceilings / two bathrooms - including an outdoor shower / bathtub / luscious green views of the valley / two stocked mini fridges / one TV / and of course a pool in the villa. My parents are in their... More

My husband and I stayed in a Garden Villa for 7 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. The room itself was huge with the toilet, bath and shower situated outside in an enclosed area - beautiful. Insects, spiders, geckos, frogs etc. were in our room (as well as in the bathroom area outside) but this added to the experience.... More

We stayed in a valley view pool villa at the Payogan in early January and it was lovely. While there were renovations going on, it didn't impact on our stay at all. The room was massive, the bathroom beautiful and the outdoor areas very pretty. The only negative I can comment on was the food, but in hindsight we should... More

Based on mixed reviews I was a bit reticent but thought we would make up our own mind. On arrival I presented my booking document which clearly stated Valley view room. We were warmly greeted by “Tiger” along with our welcome drink and whisked off on the golf buggy around the large property to our room, which apart from NOT... More

Our family of 3 stayed there for 2 nights. First day we realized the air conditioner didn't work. When we told them, they moved us to a much bigger room. Beautiful area & facility & rooms. Staff was always more than pleasant & helpful with everything. Would stay there again.
