We got a free upgrade from a superior to a deluxe. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 days. The rooms are great, the pool is fabulous though was cold but we dint get time to swim much in Ubud since theres a lot to do. Its centrally located.

This resort hotel is quiet and serene in Ubud. The cooilng weather is a plus point but apart from that , the hotel is a bit run down. Negatives : 1] No hook in the bathroom. 2] Mosquitoes in room 3] No wifi in rooms ..only available in lobby and restaurant.4] No lifts to rooms cos the rooms are single... More

We stayed two nights in July. Hotel is beautifully located in a park next to the monkey forest. The two swimming pools are a perfect place to relax. None of the busy 'do I still find an empty chair' so common elsewhere. The staff helped with excursions and with our transfer to Munduk when we left. No wifi in the... More

Stayed for 5 days at Champlung Sari. Very interesting experience with the Monkeys. They provide much entertainment but it was a bit overwhelming walking to my room sometimes with the amount of monkeys but that is what I expected. We also got no towels. We had to use pool towels as there were no room towels. The service at the... More

Stayed at the Champlung Sari for 3 nights in late July this year. When we arrived, there were no bath towels in the room. We asked 2 times before receiving them late at night , most apologetic. Next day after sight seeing the Monkey Forest and Ubud, we returned to our room to find it cleaned, but again, no towels.... More

Stayed for 2 nights and can honestly say I will NEVER return. The hotel itself was nice and plenty of choice for breakfast but there are more bad points than good. There are monkeys everywhere!! There are not just one or 2 there are hundreds! The hotel backs onto the monkey forest so at 5am you can hear the banging... More

The value was fantastic, location near the Monkey Forest if you don't mind the extra visitors, keep your doors shut & look up if you have an outside bathroom lol. There were a couple of occasions the room was cleaned & I came back late in the afternoon with no towels replaced, no big issue, yet basic housekeeping. The cleanliness... More

I travel with my mum. We book a twin bed deluxe room. When we reach there around 7pm, we are informed that the twin bed room is not ready, so I ask if there are any queen bed available. One of the receptionist say no, then another say yes. Ok, at this points, thing sounds fishy. We end up going... More

Not a bad hotel but I think it is over rated for what it is. If it was not for the monkeys it would not be so popular. Had no towels the first night, found the staff not as friendly and breakfasts were not as nice as our first hotel. was very noisy on the Saturday night as there must... More

Some staff were helpful, others not so much. Monkeys on the balcony were a favourite of the kids' but they did make me nervous, especially when a large male climbed on my daughter's lap. I was accused of not declaring soft drink from the mini bar (I believe this must have been staff as we do not drink soft drink).... More
