This resort is in a fantastic location, close to the markets, monkey Forrest and many restaurants. The grounds/gardens and 2 pools are very well kept and are a delight to spend time using and walking through. You need to try to choose your room close to reception and the best option of room type is 'Deluxe Suite'. Some room types... More

I have stayed here many many times. People write lovely reviews, People write awful reviews. I write facts! Pertiwi is a lovely place to stay in the heart of Ubud - the gardens are fantastic, the staff are wonderful and the value - the value folks - cannot be beaten. Don’t stay here if you want 5 star luxury stay... More

A hotel with location in the middle of Ubud should be better kept. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. It's definitely not a hotel if you have problems with walknig, very steep paths in the hotel. The staff was very nice. It's not a very charming hotel, there are lots of nicer hotels in tne Ubud area for... More

Me and my family spent new years here; me and my sister in a superior room and our parents in a villa with a pool. Both of the rooms, were okay, but the place is in dire need of maintenance or it is gonna fall apart fairly soon. The surroundings are beautiful, but please be aware that the hotel area... More

I stayed in one of the older rooms close to the Monkey Forest road and although some aspects of the room were in need of modernisation, the hotel offered everything I needed. Firstly the location is perfect. Roughly equidistant between Ubud market and Monkey Forest and close to a multitude of restaurants and shops. The resort is covered in wonderful... More

Right in the heart of the Ubud town, this is a great and quiet hotel. Just a short distance away lies good food. For those who want a quieter place to chill, the hotel has an inner pool which is great.

First some positives; great central location near main area. restaurants, shops and Monkey Forest. Also has lovely Bali style gardens and really nice pools which is rare in Ubud. The negatives are as follows; air conditioning was inadequate to manage the heat. When moved to new room we were put towards the rear of the properties huge grounds and it... More
