We stayed for 1 night last January 2015. Really nice hotel. They plant mangoes, markisa, bottle gourd and other fruits around the hotel. After dinner the hotel provided transport to go to Ubud town. In the morning we strolled at the paddy field and tasted markisa for the 1st time. It was relaxed and nice to spent time here.

Bhuwana is a quiet hotel just out of Ubud town in the rice paddies . It is about a 10 min drive on the hotel shuttle (they will drop u just about anywhere in Ubud). The breakfast was a buffet as there were some groups there i am told it is menu select when the groups not there. The food... More

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at, surrounded by rice fields, staff cater to all request, food fantastic! The room is large enough to swing a herd of elephant's. Bed ultra comfortable. There is a regular free shuttle bus to town. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break this is the place to visit.... More

After staying in Kuta, my friends and I headed to Ubud. The 3 days we stayed at this hotel were just perfect. The first two days we did sightseeing in and around Ubud. The third day we felt compelled to just relax in the hotel. It felt as if the hotel is demanding it from us. The setting is beautiful.... More

My partner and I have just travelled on a 15 day holiday through a fair portion of Bali and stayed at 5 hotels/resorts for 3 nights at a time. We hired a car for 8 nights (much needed if you want to see the REAL Bali) and made our way to BHUWANA UBUD HOTEL to commence part three on our... More

The room was modern with good, free wifi. There was also a modern television with access to local and a few international channels, if this is important to you. Room service was good. The pool was quite good too. Staff were not intrusive and were not interested in peddling tours, which was a plus. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The... More

Delightful staff, nothing is too much trouble. The walk through the rice fields as the sun is rising is magical. The food prepared from their own vegetable garden, freshly picked that morning is a bonus. There are also fruit trees for the delicious freshly made fruit juice you can enjoy in the pool juice bar. You can join the morning... More

Very comfortable, clean and amazing service and staff. It is located in a quiet area. I truly recommend this place. You have to take a massage with Ayu in the spa. Her hands are just like magic! I did the free rice trekking offered by the hotel, it is worth checking it but if you do not want to get... More

Hotel facilities are very good. Stuff are friendly. Everything was great except the location. For me it was ok because I had a car. But if you don't have your own transportation, you will have to strict to the shuttle bus time schedule which can be inconvenient. The bystreet between the hotel entrance and the main road is dark at... More
