Lovely Staff, Wonderful views and excellent services! Such a great place to stay. They provided free afternoon tea every day in a relaxed atmosphere! Loved everything about it! Definitely would go there again as they provided 5 star services!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and had 5 nights at Wapa in Ubud. The staff are lovely - very welcoming and friendly and will do what-ever they can to help. Our villa was very nice. It was clean and tidy, but, could probably do with a bit of a re-refurbishment some time soon. The... More

Arriving at the Wapa di Ume was like walking into a little slice of paradise, the hotel is right within the rice fields so you instantly feel like you are away from everything. The service in the hotel was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and breakfast in the morning was overlooking the rice fields, views like this are... More

This really is a different kind of resort, its size makes it so, it is small enough that the staff get to know you, they are like a happy family and you can really tell that they care about your stay. From the check-in staff to the gardeners, the wait staff to the massage therapist you are truely cared for... More

This is not only a great place for a single traveller, a family, honeymoon or friends, I would highly recommend this as a yoga retreat. I loved it there. I came from Seminyak. Had to leave there early. My New York stress levels were at their peek. So, I called Wapa and they arranged transport for me. The driver picked... More

I have debated how to rate this small hotel just outside Ubud. For service it definitely deserves five stars. The staff are superb - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. The spa is top quality with excellent massage therapists. The lovely restaurant overlooking rice paddies and a nearby village serves very good food at reasonable prices, and the breakfasts (included with... More

We stayed 4 nights in Wapa. The staff is very very nice and make you feel you are a VIP !. Very good breakfast. We had one dinner in the restaurant a bit pricy for the quality of the food ....Otherwise Wapa is a very quiet and magical place. You feel like you are the only customer in the place....except... We were welcomed very kindly by the wonderful staff with a welcome drink and refreshment towel. We got a tour of the hotel grounds and we even got a detailed tour through our own room/cottage. The room (Lanai Rice) was a cute cottage, with a small balcony overlooking the beautiful rice fields. We had a lovely bed, two big (almost... More

Travelled alone and spent 5 nights (in August) at the Wapa Di Ume and could not fault anything. From an efficient check-in, with apologies that I would be staying in a villa for the first night and moved the next morning. I had the Laini Rice Terrace for 4 nights and it was fabulous. The breakfasts were some of the... More

As a single lady travelling alone, Wapa di Ume was the ultimate resort. Luxurious and down to earth at the same time. Staff were very attentive and the massages were fantastic. Pool was beautiful, plenty of fresh towels and water was cool and sparkling. Balinese cooking lessons are a must do when staying here and a special Thank You must... More
