Waka di Ume is a beautiful experience, at the same time completely rustic and entirely luxurious. The cottages open up to rice paddy fields. All the good things we heard and have now experienced for ourselves are true! Any minor quibbles, (e.g., overcooked pork chops!) not worth a mention.
