this is a nice place just to relax at. The location is quite good, near the Blanco museum and Campuhan. But to get there, it is necessary to go down a steepish, narrow road which terrified me, as it is 2 way crazy Balinese traffic and there is no footpath. There is also a deep drain which you could fall... More

We stayed at De Munut in Ubud for 9 nights in July 2014. We have been to Ubud previously so picked this Hotel due to location mainly and also cost. We booked online through Agoda. Our stay at De Munut was mixed so we have outlined the positives and negatives below: Negatives Food at the hotel: Breakfast food was very... More

De Munut is situated just outside the center of Ubud. You can get there in 10-15 minutes or in 5 using a taxi. The rooms are Bali-style, clean and features semi-outdoor bathrooms, which we loved. Breakfast is included and is served by the table - allthough you need to get tea and coffee by yourself, which was kind of curious... More

we stayed at the Du Munut for 9 nights, while on a yoga retreat in Ubud. The room was exactly as pictured online, we were in a deluxe room and had open air bathroom, very private. We were in room 201 and would request this again as it was very private. Itoverlooks the first pool closet to reception there is... More

The small (approx 12-15 rooms) De Munut Resort is located in a beautiful part of Ubud with many restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are tastefully designed, but make sure you're ok with an open air bathroom. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with clean and beautiful pools. Everything was spotlessly clean and attractively designed. Our two small issues... More

My wife and I stayed at De Munut for four nights during our trip through Bali and this accommodation was easily our favorite of the bunch. Our room was exactly as pictured online, fabulously clean with a stunning balcony looking onto rice fields and highly enjoyable outdoor bathroom. The staff was also very helpful in assisting with directions, bike rentals... More

I called the hotel the day before to arrange transport from my hotel in Seyemyak, which was no problem. The price was on point and the driver was on time, actually early. The drive to Ubud was pleasant and so was the driver's conversation. When we arrived at De Munut, we were early, but my room was ready. This hotel... More

Quiet, very clean, nice setting, beautiful staff. 310 and 311 overlook the rest of the hotel and pool, with a fabulous bathroom. Nothing ever to difficult for them. Drivers available at the front desk and are excellent too. Love this place and all it has to offer. We'll be back again and again.

Breakfast was amazing. Banana pancake! Best in Bali Stayed 3 nights one on my own felt safe and content. Outside bathrooms are so amazing could stay in there all day. Water fresh and not chlorine filled like most in Bali. Lots of staff and always help available.
