This Hotel should not be a 5 star hotel Cons: 1) The Internet didnt work in our room 2) We also had problems with the phone (twice) and if the phone doesnt work you have to go walking uphill to the restaurant. 3) breakfast is not good, not like a 5 star hotel. Pros: 1) the staff is friendly (everyone... More

Requested to stay in one of the villas high up, 108 was perfect. It was a short walk to reception and breakfast area. Most importantly it offered more privacy as we didn't have any villas overlooking us. The villa itself was beautiful and cleaned to a very high standard each day. The choice for breakfast was fantastic with different menus... More

The rooms were impeccable, the service amazing and the views out of this world. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and couldn't have had a better experience and value for private villas. Highly recommend and would stay again. The staff gave great recommendations for activities in the area.

We stayed at Puri Wulandari last December and although there were some hic-ups upon our arrival, the staff team are doing excellent job to make sure we have a very positive experience at the villa. On top of the great hospitality, the infinite pool next to the restaurant offers serene 180 degree view over the mountain. our room was 131... More

The view from our villa, where we spent one week, was fantastic! The villa itself spacious with big windows and beautiful traditional details everywhere. Swimming pool was wonderful too, and it s a pity we couldn't t enjoy it so much, because of the rainy weather. There was a big sofa with a coffee table outside -near the swimming pool... More

Food & F&B service per se in Restaurant is totally lousy & disappointing. Surely not becoming of a 5Star property styled menu & service with very very limited menu choices and lazy sort movements by staff all the while. Villas & ambience was pretty alright but again the food spoiled the whole fun. Not good enough for the fancy price... More

Nothing but positive experiences from my stay. The location and landscape was amazing with beautiful views. Lots of privacy with very large rooms and pools, perfect for my wife and I. The restauraunt food was delicious and reasonably priced with great service from all the friendly staff members. It was like living In absolute luxury for a week. It was... More

I so rarely write bad reviews as find people can moan about anything, but was so disappointed with this resort, I can't not. The room and setting is beautiful. The pools, however, are not private and nor is the outdoor shower, but that's a minor footnote. The food was horrendous and overpriced. Cold, soggy, underwhelming and over seasoned. The service... As a travel professional I am privileged to visit wonderful places and stay in the best hotels and resorts. For a resort to be at its best it must benefit from it's surroundings. Examples of this are Udaivilas on the shores of Lake Pichola in Rajasthan, Four Seasons Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii and Villa D'Este on Lake... More

really one of best villa ever, we stay there 5 days ,the villa was immersed in the forest near a mountain stream, beautifull private pool, spectacular interiors details, privacy at his best , you could really stay naked in the deep nature. Breakfast really poor and not equilibrate on the location and service they provide. Dont ask Cappucino if you... More
