The location is great and the rooms were very clean with hot water in the shower. The beds were comfy, the room we had was overlooking the swimming pool with a balcony. Was a bit concerned that it would be too hot with only a fan but actually we turned the fan off while we were sleeping. The only negative... More

This is a great place to stay if you are travelling on a budget. I was unfortunate enough to be given Room 21 which is the only room with no balcony and only a tiny window - also right next to the soccer field, which was holding a rock concert on the Sunday night so the whole room was vibrating.

The location was good but the rooms were filthy, we had to ask for toilet roll every time it ran out despite the rooms having being 'cleaned' each morning and towels were only provided when asked. Main member of staff started off friendly but by day three when we hadnt booked a local tour through him (there were not signs... More

We stayed at Wahyu bungalows for 5 nights in total. We spent our first night in a standard room which cost 300,000 rupee per night. Room was basic with a large balcony but the bathroom was pretty shocking - pretty dirty and the shower was basically a drip. We spoke to Wayan the host in the morning and he said... More

I booked this accommodation on line, paying 'up front' for 4 nights. When I arrived I was concerned to see building construction going on next door and the beautiful gardens and pool covered with a huge blue taupoline. ...as I looked out on this vista it was very ugly. Having a shower was impossible as the water was cold and... More

We stayed for 2 days. Really he only good thing was the location of the bungalow. The owner/manager was never there.. There were only 2 girls that didn't speak any English. They only said 'manager is not here.' They didn't clean the rooms and I had to ask (!) for new towels. We got quite old towels back. The room:... More

We only stopped here for lunch while visiting Ubud and it suited our needs nicely. The service was a little slow but it was friendly. We had to wait a while for our spring rolls and I almost about to go and check on where they were when they arrived. The spring rolls were tasty but just a little oily.

This was a perfect stay in Ubud. Wahyu Bungalows is in an ideal location, it’s very central with plenty of bars, spas and restaurants all around and the monkey forest, markets and dance shows all within walking distance. At the same time, the hotel itself is a peaceful mini paradise and a real hidden treasure. The plantlife and pool make... More

As Ubud is a strategic place to do many activities –being surrounded by rice fields, temples, springs, volcanoes and lakes– the Wahyu Bungalows are a haven of peace to relax after a full athletic day. Located in the centre of town, with its swimming pool and its garden, you will feel in the wild as soon as you will have... More

My friend and I stayed here in Ubud for a five nights in total. Wayan was incredibly helpful in not only dealing with our bookings in and around Ubud but also our onward transport and travels. He was very accommodating to our needs and also makes very good Banana Pancakes for breakfast in the morning! I would definitely recommend staying... More
