While we were there, myself and my partner were very ill. The owner and one of his colleagues, even though they had other things to be doing, drove us to the clinic so that we could see a doctor and picked us up after our appointment. My partner then left valuables in the bungalow when we left, and the owners... More

The hotel is in the mid way of the monkey forest and the palace, and very close to the market. So it's very easy walk to the main touristic points. The garden of the hotel is very nice, also the pool. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. However, they should improve the rooms cleaning. Also our bathroom was weird, it... More

We intended to stay there for 2 nights but we left after the first one. We had a room downstairs. It is was really dirty, huge spider webs everywhere, hundred of ants in the bathroom, the wood of the cupboard was completely rotten and inside was about 3cm of dust. The breakfast was very basic with powder milk (we had... More

We wished we could've stayed here longer!! Wayan, at the front desk, is lovely and will help you out regardless of what you want to do or where you want to go! He got us very cheap tickets for return transport to Gili Trawangan, even for our friend who wasn't staying there! The food in the restaurant is awesome and... More

The location is excellent -- central to interesting sites both north and south, and walking distance to everything. We were also very happy with the size of the room and balcony for the price. However, it is incredibly loud both mornings (starting at 6 am with shouting school kids in the soccer field opposite) and evenings (live bar music from... More

We didn't spend much, but paid more than we should have. Quick run-down: Minuses Wifi is intolerably slow Beds are uncomfortable Noisy vicinity Positives Clean pool Central Breakfast included Nice grounds (but that is pretty common in Ubud)

Room was very large but lacked character and was incredibly dirty on the floor. Within 30 minutes of walking bare foot our feet were black! The bathroom was the worst aspect as was very dark and there were cobwebs and ants nest around the bathroom window and shower area. The room was very humid and the fan was not adequate... More

We have just returned from having a 5 night stay at the Wahyu Bungalow. Because we are a family of 5 we needed to take three rooms. This gave us a cross section of some of the different room types - two with aircon and 1 with just a fan. Either cooling method seemed adequate. As you will read in... More

The location is great and the rooms were very clean with hot water in the shower. The beds were comfy, the room we had was overlooking the swimming pool with a balcony. Was a bit concerned that it would be too hot with only a fan but actually we turned the fan off while we were sleeping. The only negative... More

This is a great place to stay if you are travelling on a budget. I was unfortunate enough to be given Room 21 which is the only room with no balcony and only a tiny window - also right next to the soccer field, which was holding a rock concert on the Sunday night so the whole room was vibrating.
