We were referred to this place by the Green Camp/School folks that are close by. They too are in to organic and locally grown foods. The property is well off the road and is calming the moment you enter the grounds. There are multiple gardens, live animals, a covered yoga space...calmness at its best. The owner we found out is... Swasti Eco cottages are situated in a beautiful setting and our bungalow was lovely. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean and the veranda had lots of seating and was a really pleasant place to relax. The dining room had tables and chairs, but also an area with low tables and large floor cushions to sit on, which was ideal... More

A great place to relax - beautiful manicured grounds, clean and beautiful rooms. Very friendly service...its a very lovely place. There's also an restaurant with food directly from its organic garden and its tasty and healthy. Close to the Monkey Forest which is neat.

We stayed in different places in Ubud being this one the first. The accommodation is rather basic for the price charged but cute rooms. The location though is great- not in the main road . The massage there was of the best we ever had around the world. Worth it.

Beautiful setting and great service. The restaurant on the premises has great healthy food. There is also a spa available. The room we stayed was clean, big and beautiful. Lovely balcony to relax outside the room. The pool was also lovely.

This a beautiful place to stay and very quiet, the gardens are lovely, but the thing I loved the most are the wooden traditional materials/ style cottages, with beautiful balconies. The A/c rooms are not so traditional and a little less interesting. There is great attention to details with decorations and pillowed lounging area. The staff are so friendly and... More

Okay, I've done a lot of travel. I've stayed at homestays, backpacker lodges, mind-blowing five star resorts and some of the most beautiful boutique hotels in the world - this place is probably the nicest of them all! How to explain... it's as if a couple of international hippies decided to open an five star resort - it's a little... More

We've just come back home and feel like being dropped from paradise. We had an unforgettable time at Swasti's. Our cottage Damai was so beautifully decorated when we arrived. We are still thinking of the flowers on our bedsheets and in the bathroom. We enjoyed walking round the garden, taking part in Yoga lessons, visiting the luxurious Spa and the... More

I spent two weeks at Swasti Eco Cottages. It was splendid. My room was lovely and spacious. There is a salt water pool, organic garden which the restaurant uses. The food is excellent. The spa services are wonderful and there is something for everyone. Swasti is environmentally friendly and uses natural products. I had wonderful stay. The staff are helpful,... More

Lacks the essential Balinese culture and our deluxe room was strangely decorated without much furniture, no fridge either. Have stayed in much more interesting rooms/ hotels with character for less in Bali. The wooden bungalows, however, did look more attractive. Swasti is very serious about being ecological and that's admirable. The shampoo and soap is impressive. Staff are obliging and... More
