My friends and I stayed at Melah villa at Awang Awang - the staff were SO hospitable and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The villa was stunning - old style furniture and architecture - just beautiful and our private infinity pool was amazing. The view from the villa was OUTSTANDING, and along with it came monkeys frolicking in... More

We stayed in two villas here, Pererepan and Liwah. The first was like a tree house with a plunge pool- gorgeous. You fell asleep listening to the river in the valley below. There were some insects and a frog even visited me whilst in the bathtub, but I didn't mind this! The next villa was a little dark, in my... More

I arrived at Awang Awang having booked only a couple of hours prior, with a group of people who had all left a terrible yoga "retreat" that was not as advertised. We were tired and stressed out and disappointed with our trip so far. But Awang Awang turned all this around for us! The staff there are so lovely and... More

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Villa Awang Awang. We stayed in Villa Melah, and I have to say it was exactly what we were looking for. But I will start by crediting our fantastic experience to Dewa Agung and his staff. From the first email correspondence as we were booking our stay through the day we... More

The whole point of the trip to Awang Awang was to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy places in Bali. This quaint little villa nestled amongst tropical rainforest is perfect for that BUT the quality for which you pay quite a bit to experience is only average. The mini bar is empty. The breakfasts are tasteless... More

Thank-you for taking the time to relate your experience. We are pleased that you enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle . We would just like to comment on some of your points so that there is no misunderstanding for future guests .We do not have mini-bars , the larger villas have full size fridges with... More

Awang Awang was an amazing place for my seven friends & I to start our relaxing holiday. The rooms were large and well set out with very comfy beds, most rooms having out door showers to add to the experience. The staffs were so helpful, always smiling & friendly. The pool over looked a beautiful view & you could hear... More

We were amazed by this place. The service was very personal, and the manager took us both to see a ceremony at the temple and for a walking trip in the rice fields, free of charge. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We stayed at Villa Perepran, which was small, but very private and felt like we were in... More

I come to Bali regularly but usually stay in Sanur however this time I decided that I needed a more peaceful place in the mountains to renew myself. I found Villa Awang Awang which means somewhere between heaven and earth. And that is what I found. The rooms are beautiful and you have peace and serenity. The meals were fresh... More

We booked Villa Beji at last minute while already staying in Ubud and were so glad we did. Although were were travelling as a couple we took the 2 bed villa and enjoyed every minute. The villas are set into a hillside overlooking a beautiful rain forest ravine and the grounds are landscaped in traditional Balinese style and are delightful.... More

We stayed in villa beji and it was awesome. Very impressed with the villa, particularly it's stunning views over the infinity pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and the little town the villa is located in was quite and peaceful (no shops/hawkers). Highly recommend staying here!
