Bali is a frame of mind, if you plan on living the true Balinese experience then please stay in places such as Ubad, it is central to so much of what you want to enjoy. I loved Narasoma, the people we unbelievable in their kindness to you. The grounds are wonderful, the pool excellent and the chef we had servered... More

Stayed here for 12 days. The first 7 were part of a retreat with Renew Health Retreat. This was all within its own centre with clean and comfy rooms, kitchen downstairs and beautiful open air yoga room upstairs. The next 3 nights were in a beautiful room in their homestay section. Charlotta and her team are committed to welcoming guests... More

Narasoma is almost as perfect as you can get. The location, the building ambience, the breakfast, the gardens, the team, understated luxury really with simple elegance. I have stayed in the Villas, Bididari and the Homestay rooms which are lovely with a wide verandah which makes me feel like I am in a movie. The massages wonderful, the pool, please... More

The homestay is a stone's throw from the main street. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room is equipped with a safe, hot and cold shower, bed with mosquito net, fridge and towels. I topped up for a few dollars and used the air cond because it was a bit stuffy and humid for me. I stayed in Frangipani, a room... More

Good value for money. Simple rooms. Nice breakfast. Bit of a walk through building work that has been going on for years to get to the rooms. Brilliant yoga rooms on top storey. Great location in centre of Ubud, and being down a lane it is very quiet. Nice pool. Creek running nearby. Recommended.

Narasoma is in the heart of Ubud and close to all the shops honey forest and Palace. The Vilas are stunning both java and bali Vilas. Just consider if you can't climb stairs there is a fair bit of stairs to get to them. Choose the suite which is right next to reception If stairs are an issue. Otherwise gorgeous... More

I stayed at Narasoma for one week and felt lucky that I got a room there. The staff is lovely, the pool area is just great. Thus I had a terrible time in the previous hotel, Narasoma actually saved my time in Ubud... I would definitely come back!

The staff are friendly and unobtrusive, the pool is lovely, rooms were clean and the place is centrally located. There is some music from the restaurant next door in the early evenings, however it isn't very loud and we didn't find it disturbing.

Narasoma can only be described as a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility hidden in the heart of Ubud. My husband and I stayed in the exquisite Javanese joglo (villa) It's intricate carvings throughout were a work of art. The four poster bed with the lovely lace mosquito net, the marble bathroom and the little veranda perched among the lush... More
