We stayed a few nights at the hotel. Our room was big enough and comfortable. The staff is friendly and try to help as much as they can. Breakfast is nice, and the location is pretty central in Ubud. Nothing to complain really, since the hotel is also very affordable.

We stayed here 3 nights and must say we enjoyed it. Price is reasonable for what you get (we had cheaper but in most cases those cheaper places had terribly dirty/ mouldy bathrooms... )..basic room with tv, fridge, airco, and most important to us, pretty clean (which to us around here means we dare to walk aroud the room and... The best place we've stayed in our Bali trip. The room is spacious, clean and everything works well. The outdoor shower is lovely. Wifi is good enough. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They even made wake up call at 3 am for the dolphin tour. The breakfast is adequate. The pool is a little small though. It's 15... More

The hotel is a bit out of the center but they provide free shuttle buses to the center in the morning and the afternoon. If you prefer to walk it takes around 20 minutes and you can even walk through monkey forest on your way :) The staff was very helpful and the rooms clean and quiet. I got sick... More

During my trip to Bali this time, I chose to stay at three different hotels and Casa Ganesha proved to be the cheapest and the best. We arrived on 12 June and departed 3 night later and got a room on a second floor. The hotel isn't sparkly clean but it was genuinely a home away from home because the... More

The title of my review is based on the number of times I had to ask to have anything sorted out at this hotel. 3rd time I asked to have hair and dirt cleaned from my bathroom. Third time I asked for coffee sachets and water bottles to be replenished in my room. Third time I was asked to pay... More

Casa Ganesha provided good value for money during shoulder season (coming into high season) in Ubud. The pool was a welcome sight after a days' walking the narrow, traffic-choked streets of the town in the heat. As it's a reasonably new establishment, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom facilities were modern and well-functioning, and the room was cleaned... More

I discovered this hotel by chance and got a fabulous deal when i booked it thru my phone. Nice rooms overlooking the garden. I stayed on the first floor that had a common balcony for all the rooms on that side. Good, friendly staff though the half-day tour i booked was slightly overpriced. Good location. i would recommend this hotel.

We got a good deal on this hotel through booking.com and stayed for 7 nights in March 2014. Had quite a few complaints: 1. Beds werent comfortable at al. 2. The aircon didnt cool the room as much as needed. We used to wake up at night wondering if the aircon had switched off by itself. Combined with point 1... More

I just came back from Bali and I must say Casa Ganesha beats the experience I had at one of the big hotels in Kuta, Bali . The the staff was very helpful and polite- be it helping with renting bikes, suggesting routes or anything else. The breakfast menu is little limited from which you can make selection but believe...
