Excellent stay, experience, services, you can name it all. I know its a little bit controversy to see elephant chained and being pushed for us to ride. But, do not forget that the elephants needs a lot of food. They can eat hundreds of food per day. If they are not there, maybe the elephants being hunted. A lot of... More

Family of 5 enjoyed the park and elephant ride. Really loved being able to Feed the elephants and have photos with them. Was a great day out when teamed with white water rafting. Enjoyed the 3 hours spent there

Best way ever to come close to these lovely animals! My absolute highlight was to take a bath with the elephants in the morning. Did only stay one night, could have stayed longer, :) If I ever go to Bali again, I will go there!

I found the prices to be quite high and the staff were not very welcoming. There was no timeframe as to when our ride would be and when we asked the guide how long it would take they were quite short with us. Food was buffet but mediocre at best didnt feel the greatest later in the day. Drinks are... More

From the moment we arrived and checked in our time here was absolutely amazing. A love of elephants, I found them very well loved and looked after. The grounds extremely clean, staff very friendly and lodge was good. The only thing I would change if I was to go back and one day I will, I would book a park... More

We went to the Elephant Safari Park on a rainy day, but that didn't hinder our experience at all. The park was very busy and there was lots of waiting around while you waited for your name to be called for your ride. The elephant ride doesn't take long, and really, its just a trip around the park (not really... More

I was pleasantly surprised to see the elephants so well looked after. There were a lot more elephants than I expected and you were able to get up close and personal with them. The staff were brilliant - very funny and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

We visited during our honeymoon. We were supposed to go for the day however we decided to book a night in the hotel. We were not disappointed. After seeing elephant enclosures around the UK I simply cannot express how different this place is. You are one on one with them, bathing, stroking, playing and genuinely helping them. The Mahouts (handlers)... More

We had the best 24 hours with the elephants ever. We stayed at the lodge and enjoyed every part of the visit. The Elephants are well cared for,the park is very clean and the trip exceeded expectations. Beds were hard.
