Well cared for elephants, rescued from Sumatra. Very well organised park. Tickets can be purchased to visit, or visit and ride an elephant, adding lunch in the restaurant or drinks and snacks sold in the cafe. Lots of outside seating, sit in the comfortable huts and watch an information video in English if the park and founder. Watch a live... More

We truly enjoyed our time at the Elephant Safari Park. These elephants are rescued from Sumatra and have a good life (or so we would like to believe). There is a little "talent" show followed by an elephant ride through the jungle. This is a full 30 minute ride. The guides are delightful and were as curious about us as... More

We visited elephants in their park in Taro, Ubud on 10th of July 2015. It was really a magic experience. Roxy, the elephant lady from Sumatra, was very kind and she took as for a ride in the jungle-like park. We will never forget it. The stuff of the park really love these magnificent animals, they take very good care... More

Everything was perfect except the quality of the food and the value for money in the restaurant... Very clean room, excellent service and all the elephants are really well cared... All the family enjoyed these 2 days...

How magic to be able to spend time in a top quality lodge with such beautiful creatures. We had limited time in the lodge and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience possible.

Kids loved the park, and the ride on the elephants. It's a lovely park the grounds are nice. Having already been on an elephant ride in Thailand I knew this would be a little different so the experience for me wasn't as great. Obviously it's a park where the elephants are kept and the ride is around the lodge. Not... More

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, with a great bathroom. Highlight was getting picked up outside your room for elephant rides. The breakfast was huge, the food and drink was a little on the expensive side. Be prepared for the cool mountain air in the mornings.

If you don't go there you will regret! It's absolutly amazing. The ride on the elephant, it's more expensive. We had only accomodation in the elephant park, but we enjoy it anyway. You can see the elephant in showroom, take a milion photos of you&elephants and feed elephants. I will never forget this experience.

We went on a day trip to the Elephant Safari and had an absolute ball. Would highly recommend doing Elephant Safari and Monkey Forest (cheap and in Ubud also). The Elephant safari was great, we rode an elephant (Rhonda) around a small jungle track and then through a pool at the end. You could easily do white water rafting (morning),... More

While zoos are fun this one is just way too expensive and I feel like they mickle and dime you to death. It's not the same without the tram - you really just can't see enough animals to make it worth the price.
