We stayed 4 nights at the new Lestari Suite (Sandat) and it was everything we wanted. Located along the Monkey Forest Road and just a short walk into the alley, we found ourselves away from the busyness of Ubud and into a quiet, lush retreat that we find it hard to leave. Our room was in a newer building that... More

Our family stayed there for 2 nights. The hostel is lovely and the rooms are just the same like those on website. The staff were nice. It is really convenient to stay there and explore the ubud area. The breakfast was good but each of us had only a cup to coffee or tea. It's value for the price. However... More

We stayed at Ubud Lestari for three nights and if we could have extended we would have! This place is an absolute gem in Ubud, right off of Monkey Forest Rd yet set back through a small (but clean and well lit) alley so you don't hear any of the street or traffic noise. We stayed in the Soka room... More

Gorgeous place hidden away up an alley with an easy walk to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was tasty and kept me going for a few hours. Loved that it is brought to your room to eat on the balcony. Very spacious and clean room, lovely and quiet with a huge bed. The staff were also very helpful friendly. Loved... More

This place is perfect, at the the end of a long alley, it's away from the sounds of the street and has great views (some with a view of rice fields). The staff were friendly and helpful (even at 4am when we arrived from the airport). Very relaxed and service is amazing.

Super relaxed B&B, beautifully situated just away from the busy street, and with a view over the rice paddy's. Breakfast in the room for the completed luxury experience, but at a B&B price. Never had such a big room at a B&B. If your staying in Ubud, you have to stay here.

Lestari Bungalows are amazing value for money. It's worth noting that they are clearly aimed at the Japanese market which has a few peculiarities attached for Western travellers: Everything is in Japanese - all the information, signs etc - which can be challenging (unless you speak the lingo!); The rooms have two (large) single beds, which even when pushed together... It took us walking up and down for an hour and asking multiple restaurants and stores where to go but we found it down a skinny skinny alleyway. We stayed 3 nights here in a bottom floor room right next to the infinity pool; there was a wall of greenery to provide privacy however. Sitting outside was very peaceful. Our... More

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights last Sep and it was great, that's why we visited here again with my Dad this May. This time we stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are always clean, staff are helpful, breakfast small but fresh and lovely. We love the pool, my Dad spent a lot if time there. Room Melati... More

Just stayed 4 nights here. A great place owned by a Japanese lady and her Indonesian husband but mainly run by a group of very able and friendly Balinese young men. We stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the pool at the back and it was perfect. Very quiet, clean and beautifully designed. They will take you... More
