This is really nice place in the very heart of a beautiful Ubud. We came in the middle of the night, without advanced booking. We were lucky that our driver suggested this magnificent place. There were rooms to choose either with a/c or without, we took the ground level room with fan, which was quite ok. Room was spacious, bathroom... More

we have been to sanias house three times. Wonderful. Right in the middle of the market area but so quiet . Room overlooked the courtyard and pool area. The breakfast compares to other Balinese style hotels. The lady manager we dealt with was very friendly. Was pleased to show us the option of other rooms for our next trip. She... More

We stayed here for three nights and it was such a beautiful hotel, many levels of rooms and little walkways and arches. The pool was pleasant and there was a little hut with books and couches. Breakfast was served to the room, no dining area except for room balconies. There was a large group of young tourists treating the place... More

We stayed at Sania's house in Ubud. It is right in the middle of the art market and walking distance from the center of ubud. Its location is wonderful, step outside and be in the middle of it all. There are also nearby eateries that are affordable. And after a day of walking and shopping, they even have a nice... More

Just left Sania's house after 2 nights staying there. This is end of April and we did not experience any of the "it gets really packed here" that all the previous reviewers complained about. In fact at this time of the year, the place seemed less than half booked... The good: our room at the last floor of one of... More

Very reasonably priced for it's central location. The place feels almost like a temple, the pool is small but refreshing and the place couldn't be prettier. Door is open 24-7 which is good if you like late nights. WiFi is way better in the lobby than in the room. Clean room and bathroom, no bugs but a mild humid smell,... More

Bad: staff are not very friendly or helpful. Spoke to one receptionist about organizing a taxi and was quoted 700. then spoke to another receptionist 2 seconds later and he quoted 250. small room next to construction work. Bathroom's window is permanently open which allows all the mozzies to come in and wait for us when we shower or use... More

I'll start by saying the location was GREAT. Directly in the center of Ubud and inside of the outdoor market. However, the staff was extremely unfriendly, the beds were uncomfortable, and we did not have a/c or hot water even though we paid for it. The hotel has an interesting layout and we were very excited at first, however I... More

I wanted to treat my self for my last night and stayed at sanias. Liked the pool a lot but when you are in, it smells weird. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Staff is okay. Not super friendly but they would take care of your wishes. Breakfast is good. Fruitsalat plus omelet (or eggs in any other way)... More

In the very heart of Ubud lies a little gem called Sania's. As soon as you step into this place you will be stunned by the temple like architecture with extreme attention to detail. The rooms are pretty spacious with a cute view of the small but nice pool. Some rooms have ac others only a fan. And although the... More
