Had a wonderful 5 nights in this lovely small accommodation place. It is a peaceful haven amid the hustle and busy hub of Ubud. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed the Cempaka room - initially we were concerned... This is probably one of the best places we have stayed in. It was such a gratifying experience to come to our room every day and have the staff know us and welcome us with a big smile. This was consistent during our almost one week stay at this place. Given that we were traveling around Bali, we had three... More

Just off Jalan Raya Pengosekan and along a small path at the side of a rice paddy, Kebun Indah is a wonderful little boutique hotel not widely advertised because they don't normally need to. I was delighted to be able to get a room at late notice and we ended up by the pool at the bottom of the stairs... More

A fantastic peaceful location but so close to Pengosekan Road and a 10 minute walk to Monkey Forest. Set down at the end of a winding path amongst rice paddies. We loved our rooms which were Manga Bali and Manga Madu. Great staff who were always there to help who also prepared the yummy breakfasts. A nice little pool at... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in the Padma room which was an absolute delight. Loved the outdoor bathroom and lovely balcony. The room was spacious and fresh flowers were brought in daily. Breakfast was good, swimming pool was small but normally we had it to ourselves. Staff friendly and helpful - bit of a glitch checking out as the... More

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings, the clean room, fab oudoor bathroom (with resident gheko), the wonderful breakfasts served on the veranda and the kind, friendly staff. Set back from the road away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street, this is a great place to relax and explore Ubud. The pool is small and... More

Cool venue, lovely staff unpretentious. Menu is simple but comprehensive. Escargots are great, calamari and risotto balls all good. What's not to like. Sea Bass, prawns and tuna were all excellent and my parents in law are Indonesian and don't really eat western food. Smiles nods and more wine says it all. Apart from Mille feuille and I don't like... More

A quiet, leafy oasis amidst a busy tourist centre. Our bungalow was clean and spacious and attention to our needs by staff was quick and caring. We felt special and pampered. Big breakfast served on our verandah, afternoon tea, massage in our room, lovely pool. Bathroom was simple but the shower had good water pressure. Shuttled into town when we... More

We stayed in the Sandat room for 4 nights. We must say the room is fantastic, the bathroom as well, just in front of the pool in the middle of a nice garden. The breakfast served at your own private terrace is also fantastic. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism of the staff is really poor and one would expect much... More
