The staff are all friendly and polite. :) but the room it self is average. Its big, but personally i dont like the decor. Their breakfast are pretty good. Atleast enough to fuel you up in the morning, before you have proper lunch. The hotel is right next to a paddy field.

This place has a great location in central Ubud, just 10 minutes to the Monkey forest and main road, and you can cut through another of their (very luxiourous) properties to get to the JL monkey forest road which makes evenings out easy. No need to get a taxi! They arranged motorbike hire for us with no issues at a... More

This is a great option if you want a position a little away from hustle ad bustle of Ubud, but an easy walking distance to go to shops and restaurants. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to Monkey Forest and all the roads that run off that. Otherwise you can walk 20 minutes the other way to get to Ubud's... More

Coming with a group of college friends with lecturers, which came into conclusion that Putri Ayu Cottages is exceptional hotel. The driver is very friendly and able to pick up using the small car and he would lovely to send us wherever we would like to go. Breakfast was good, and the surrounding environment is a rice field, very close... More

This is worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay at.Booked for 10 days but lasted one night and that is only because we arrived late in the day.The rooms were filthy and mould growing from the walls.we complained about the state of the first room they took us to a (delux). So we were taken to an equally disgusting... The hotel was neat and clean. Had a nice balcony. The back of where we stay faces paddy field. Comes with a fridge, and tv. The bath was super hot, which I liked, though you'd have to be a little careful if your gonna shower (and not bath). As it can make you jump, the lever for heat controlling can... More

On a whole, I didn't mind staying here. The room was comfortable and the majority of the staff were great. I had a real problem when I booked (and paid for) a tour through the front counter (Manager) only to find that my payment had not been forwarded to the tour operator as it should have been. I returned to... More

The Road to the hotel was the biggest initial off putting factor, lots of ongoing road repairs and a constant stream of scooters from all angles makes what could be a pleasant area a little frustrating to navigate. Turn left from the Hotel and you have several nice resteraunts within walking distance. Turn Right and you need to negotiate yourself... More

The hotel looks better on Expedia than it really is. Perhaps it was good when first built but the wear and tear are beginning to show. We paid extra for a premium room which promised a view of the pool and implied an element of luxury. When we arrived they didn't know we had made a reservation and blamed it... More

I spent 2 night in this hotel. It's divided in 2 parts, I stayed the first night in the more recent part. The room was really good, the swimming pool was perfect. Even if it's in a street with only cottages and restaurant in a middle of rice fields, it was ok. the breakfast was not really good and not... More
