This hotel is great for families, especially if thou have teenagers. Please don't come with the idea that the rooms will be flash and fancy, because they aren't. They are getting old, but the beds are comfortable and the water is hot and the place is clean. We stayed in bungalows around the pool area. This had adjoining lounge rooms... More

We stayed for 4 nights as we wanted to be close to the beach. This hotel would have been great about 20 years ago but now it is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was non-inspiring, the shower had no pressure and it was noisy every night with people running up and down the stairs and fireworks going off at... More

The hotel is located right on the beach, down a quite street, but still within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. It has great beach with lounge chair, a beach bar (that was always empty), a restaurant (that was always empty except for breakfast), and pleasant grounds with pool. The staff is friendly enough, and were somewhat helpful... More

The final decision to stay in this hotel is based on the Tripadvisor reviews. The reviews are mixed and needed some processing, but ultimately, the reviews suggest that the hotel is a good choice and it suits our criteria such as near the beach, possibility of snorkeling, nice hotel ground and swimming pool among others. The reviews are really helpful... More

When we arrived well after our check in time, our room wasn't ready. Not a huge deal, but they really didn't try to accommodate us as we had to wait around for 4 hours! Luckily the hotel is right next to the beach, so we spent our time there. The room was large with great AC, but didn't seem very... More

hotel is directly at the beach has a nice pool and a beautiful garden - breakfast was good - food was also not bad - unfortunately the rooms are a bit out of date and some need urgently to be redone - but the location is great - and the staff was very friendly

My husband and I stayed and just had a basic room on the second floor. It was clean and spacious with an updated bathroom and a nice little balcony. We loved how close it was to the beach/ restaurants and spas. Additionally we decided to check out the snorkeling right off shore and were pleasantly surprised that though it's a... More

We have just returned from Sanur (2nd time in six months). Last year we stayed at Segara Village and decided to check out other hotels in the vicinity. We decided on Inna Sindhu this time and were really pleased we did. It is a great location. We stayed in a deluxe superior room one of two in the resort. We... More

We stayed here with 2 young kids and booked a standard room, we were upgraded to bungalow room on arrival. It didn't have a bath like the standard rooms which was fine, as this room was a great size, but we had a huge amount of cockroaches coming out from the shower drain....yuk. Staff came and addressed this immediately with... More
