We stayed 12 nights in this hotel. We had a room with a view to the garden. The room was not huge but big enough. The hotel has it's own private beach and a nice pool. The breakfast was quite big and varied but nothing special. The hotel staff was polite but not so competent... The hotel was full of... More

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in October and it was simply just an amazing experience. It was just a couple of weeks before they closed down the whole property for a 2-year renovation. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, really relaxing, having anything needed without being crazy expensive. Everything was reasonable. The most remarkable experience we had at... More

If we are going to Bali again, Hyatt is the place we are staying at! It is an amazing property with many activities. One needs a week just to enjoy the facilities there. It has got private jacuzi, spas, badminton courts, many dining areas, pools and an absolutely stunning view of the ocean! We booked an ocean view room and... More

We booked 1 week in Ubud city and decided to book our second week by the see. We thought, what can be better than a Hyatt, right? We couldn't be more wrong. TripAdvisor reviews suggests it's a good hotel and it might be true, but one have to take into account what type of clientele Hyatt Sanur has (mostly teenagers,... More

We stayed at the Hyatt in Sanur in September 2013, it was wonderful. The staff were so helpful, remembered our name, and couldn't do enough for us. Yes the hotel was an older style but it was well maintained and very clean. The housekeeping was excellent. We were allocated a ground floor room with views out to the gardens and... More

We were lucky enough to go to Bali twice last year, and both time stayed at our favourite hotel in the world, the Bali Hyatt (4th time). I've reviewed it before so this is not a new review, as such, but I just wanted to echo so many other travellers concerned about the fate of the gardens and natural sanctuary... More

Wonderful rooms, tasty cuisine, perfect staff - thank you very much for my holidays:) A green territory with lots of birds, flowers and warm sea make me never forget Bali island:) It was my 3 time in this country and best one because of the hotel, so I will come back!

Beautiful resort and very welcoming. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend a visit to Uluwatu, Turtle Island & Dinner @ Jimbaran. Sun loungers were a bit of an issue with people reserving early and some people not coming back until later in the afternoon... I think any towels put down should be taken away if people are not there. Overall a... More

I love this hotel. We have stayed here several times. It's set in beautiful old gardens on quiet sleepy beach. The checkin in is smooth and impressive in a huge Balinese building. Rooms are standard and clean. We couldn't get adjoining rooms for the kids but we were next to each other. Pools are beautiful. Near to lots of restaurants... More

Ah, the gardens are so beautiful, the staff are so well trained, friendly and generally lovely, the pools fabulous, cocktails at the pool bar or up at the lobby bar were an evening highlight. Being able to just nip out onto the beach path and go for a walk into central Sanur was a great addition especially with kids as... More
