This was our 5th time in Bali but our first stay in Sanur! The service was extremely good and the rooms were clean and well serviced! We stayed in a room that opened onto the pool and the only fault I found was the height of the steps into the pool! As I am on the short side it was... More

As far as hotels go... Nice. Good location. New, clean & convenient. Stayed in a family room. The kids had a separate room with 2 single beds...my children likened the room to a prison.. Which was strange. There were provisions in the room for a tv etc..cabling... Tv Yet to be installed. Our bar fridge did not work.. But was... More

We opted to stay 2 nights here as we were on a strict budget. Secured a loft apartment for $120 a night for 4 including breakfast. Positives * Clean * Beautiful linen * breakfast was excellent * services was great ( both times I stuffed up the safe code ) Negatives * As previously mentioned the walls are paper thin.... More

My husband and I just returned from our 3rd trip to Bali..The 1st & 2nd time we stayed at the Griya Santrian..absolutely faultless..this time..we were swayed by an offer of 50% discount to try the Oasis Lagoon..This hotel is still fairly new..and unfinished, we discovered..as they were still painting and using power tools in some rooms..walls are paper thin..no privacy... The reception staff will not follow the requirements of the guests, probably just because they do not want. I asked for a room with double bed, and they told me that there was no vacancy. In low season is an excuse not credible. Besides, our room was in a bad location, right next to the corridor that joins the 2... More

My wife and I stayed here in December of 2011, and were pleasantly surprised. We had no idea about the hotel but arrived and were instantly amazed. The hotel although not on the ocean is just a short 5 min walk to the beach. It is situated right in the heart of Sanur and right next to the best restaurants... More

One of the newest in Sanur. With international style and balinese flavour. Not everything worked perfectly yet when we we stayed there. Staff needed to be trained more but nobody was lacking good will. Ground rooms have direct access to pool (lagoon) but the water was quite cold. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, with complimentary tee. Main problem might be... More
