Great location. Can buy all supermarket needs and hunt around in Hardys for clothes, shoes etc. at fixed prices before hitting the other shops! Can easily walk to great restaurants and they have a beach location where you can sit on loungers and swim in the sea (step out of reception onto the main road, turn left and then right... More

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights after we stayed in our usual choice of hotel in Legian. Staff were friendly although they did not seem to go out of their way. Facilities were good although our bed was very hard and only had 2 pillows. Breakfast was very average and we ate jam toast our 3 mornings there.... More

Stayed here in January 2015 for one night as a stop over in Sanur after arriving from Sydney. Took a boat to nusa lombongan the next afternoon. The room was large and clean. On the 5th floor with a pretty good view over Sanur. Massive pool which we didn't use and a pretty good breakfast . Not a bad place... More

It was just a hotel with corridors, pool, and eating area, but the price was really good, not to mention their excellent breakfast, not so much variants like W hotel, Maya Ubud or Kayana Seminyak, but it tasted similar. Made by pro chefs.

We stayed for 10 nights in a family room-our room downstairs, son and grandson upstairs.Check in was fast and we found the staff to be super friendly throughout our stay. The stairs in our room were steep, but 5yo soon learned to negotiate them. Of all the hotels we've stayed in in Bali, this pool was the best-refreshing, but not... More

If it is a quiet relaxing holiday you're after I suggest not staying at this hotel. We booked a room on the lagoon and were woken by screaming, crying kids everyday and it continued all day. I love kids but not when they don't respect others. After an argument with someone over their overly loud/yelling child we were moved to... More

Room is just average and design of hotel looks good. Staff need alot more training. Stayed here 3 days. Upon check in reception is not friendly (not smiling and close answer to all question which is not helpful) Very limited breakfast and the taste is below average. Staff also need to be alert as plate was stacking up on my... More

Although we didn't stay at The Oasis Lagoon, we had several meals and drinks there over two weeks. The service is EXCELLENT and in particular a young man by the name of 'Made Indra' - nothing was too much trouble, and he aims to please. The other staff are all very attentive and professional. The meals are lovely and good... More

Travelled with family and friends, so we were able to see both the single and family (2 beds) room. Facilities at the hotel were very good - reception staff were excellend and the breakfasts were more than ample. We ate very well every morning negating the need for lunch on most days. We combined this trip with business meetings and... More

Stayed here for a few nights over Christmas as we wanted something with a few decorations to feel more at home as well as a nice dinner. Overall had a pretty good experience, we were disappointed the dinner buffet ran out of turkey after 30 minutes when we were told that would not be the case. Customer service manager made... More
