Basically a bit too many tourgroups... Location: OK Restaurant: nothing special, nearby Starlight is far better Swimming pool: very good Spa: good Rooms: should be better for the rate as paid for it; Our toilet was blocked for 1 day Reception staff: Poor. We booked transport from hotel to Airport through some international taxi organisation, luckily we took enough time... More

I went with two friends. They stayed at a Gardenvilla, twin bed. I booked a superior room. The rooms were very clean but very outdated! Paint peeling from wall in room, need urgent update. Electricity looks outdated too. The bed was comfy and and linen clean. So were all bath towels. The free wifi was on,y limited reachable. Surprisingly as... More

Each time we come to Bali, we endeavour to meet with the young lad we sponsor for his education. We always stay at the Sunari for a couple of nights, to enable us to have a full day with him. We would not consider staying anywhere else. The hotel has always been one of our favourites, with its carefully tended... More

Sunari villa's had probable lost Some of it's attraction with age. The pool is very well maintained and the beach front location is Nice. Our first room, a family villa , was in need of serious maintenance, noisy, and quite dated. After making notice the staff very willingly assigned us a upgraded room, which was a lot better maintained. The... More

I stayed in this resort on the middle of June for one night. It was a very enjoyable stay with a nice service. The lady at reception was very friendly with beautiful smile. And also, they sent the fresh welcome drink to the room. This is unsual, espescially in Bali. They also have 15 minutes back and shoulder welcome massage,... More

The hotel is set on lovely green grounds with all the villas set a bit way in the back .. The further from the front entrance the closer to the beach you are .. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful welcoming one and all. Breakfast was a decent spread and I found the coffee shop staff to be accomodating... More

Great place, not the newest around as a few others has mentioned. But i like the charm of older hotels, somehow they have a warm feeling compared to newer hotels where the designs are so cold. There's little work needed like cleaning up the shower heads from chalk buildups, but it's all minor things, didn't really bother us at all.... More

We spent 2 nights at a private pool villa. And yes, I do have to agree with some other reviewers that the hotel needs some renovation. Our room and private pool area showed some signs of decay. Not all of the fittings did work, AC was a bit noisy. If they attend to all those little details and a bit... More
