I can't recommend this hotel highly enough especially if you are planning a holiday with young children. For the staff at Novotel Nusa Dua nothing was a problem. Moved to Novatel after a very disappointing experience in Kuta at another resort. Difference was like chalk and cheese. We were given an appartment with seperate lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A bonus was a full size fridge with ample room to store our own provisions-- particularly water,beer and soft drinks-- much better than the small bar fridge... more

We had a pool facing room and the view is fabulous. My daughter will stand at the balcony and watch people swimming in the pool while we are packing. The bathroom is huge and spacious. The 2.28 beach club is just mins away by shuttle bus. Beach in Nusa Dua is so much cleaner and nicer than those in Kuta.... more

I stayed with my family in a big suite, in one of the buildings, on the 2nd floor. We totally love the room! Parking was convenient&ample.Check-in was efficient.Room was quite high(4th floor).Elevator provided.When we entered the room.We feel Roomy,clean and modern.Bathroom was clean and fabulous.Minimalist design.Balcony was excellent although ,we were facing another new hotel construction opp.our room. We absolutaly loved this place, the rooms were huge & modern, airconditioning worked well, big screen tv's for the kids to watch after hours of playing in the lagoon swimming pool. We moved apartments after the first night due to waking noise from the construction site next door & were awarded with a ground floor apartment next to the pool.... more

We arrived and were upgraded straight away. The room was massive, lovely, new and clean. The pool is massive and again very clean. The food is delicious and not over priced. The downside is that the beach is 5 mins away by shuttle bus which will annoy some people. There is not that much to do in the evenings here.... more

Novotel is a great hotel leaning more towards a business hotel than a resort. Its a little distance off the beach and at the time i went hotels on nusa dua beach were not available otherwise would recommend staying at the beach.
