The room and bathroom were large, Unfortunately, the hotel was less maintained. I got room without curtain, and a lot of ants and masquitos although apparently the hotel provided fogging regularly. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was not bad. Good fitness equipment and sauna. I prefer to stay at other hotels in Nusa Dua Area.

This year we decided to stay at Novotel's 2 bedroom apartment in Nusa Dua, Bali. Everything was fine, except the meal for the Nyepi Day that provided by hotel. We stayed here for a week. Having stayed in Seminyak last time I wasn't that keen to return to Bali, but was pleasantly surprised by the lovely, secure area of Nusa Dua. Wonderful staff! Genuinely lovely people. Service with a smile really makes the holiday. Great food in Restaurant and poolside. Drinks better than some restaurants! Good surf! Hope they don't lose access to the beach with new development next door. Beachclub excellent. Place to sit on the beach if you need shade.

I obviously didn't do my homework, and probably booked the wrong Novotel. The better one is apparently benoa. Kids loved the kids club, but you need to catch a bus to the beach.
