My family and I (six persons) stayed in the 3 bedroom villa in February and it was fantastic. The villa is located in Nusa Dua and is very near the airport (15 minutes drive). The travel agent arranged free airport transfers and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. We were greeted with hot tea and jasmine garlands when we arrived.
Rooms were large, all en-suite with the master bedroom having both bathtub and separate shower (showers only for the other two rooms). The villa was split over two floors, with two rooms on the top floor with a TV area, and ground floor with one bedroom, open-space living and dining areas, with a small pool with water jets at the back. We had a butler who could be on call 24 hours, and breakfasts were served in the dining room. The hotel also provides a car service for private hires. There is a larger communal pool with sun beds etc.
