I visited this Hotel with my three girls. Wonderful pool, friendly staff, the " cocktail Hour" allowed us to pal up with other Aussies, Brits, Italians. Rooms great, cleanliness immaculate, would thoroughly recommend as family accommodation. Tours well organised, swim up bar. Walk to Village with shops, restaurants, hang gliding, fishing, snorkelling. Ah, wish I was back there now

I went to Nusa Dua, Bali, for a conference. As usual, I searched for likely places to stay on tripadvisor. The hotels in the Nusa Dua circuit seemed quite expensive, save this one. However, I became quite apprehensive after reading the reviews, most of which were extremely critical of the place. In fact, they were more of less caveats not... More

How sad it is to read these current reports about the Putri Bali Hotel. We stayed there in October 1993 and had a wonderful 12 night stay, arranged by Kuoni. The nearby Shopping Centres Construction had just been completed. Continental and Cooked Breakfast being available each morning in the Main Restaurant, Evening Meals being available in the Main Restaurant, Outside... More

Stayed there for two nights recently for company trip. The hotel is old, fixtures in the room are falling apart and there's disgusting stains everywhere in the toilet. Buffet spread was poor with limited choices of food. We traveled in a big group, they couldn't replenish the food fast enough. During checkout, only one counter was open so you can... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on an incentive trip with more than 350 colleagues. Beautiful garden, lovely pool and beach, but the rooms were very old and run down. Every room I visited was damp and musty. The bedding and towels were clean and changed everyday. Food and customer service were just average. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away... More

I stayed there for 3 days working. The hotel is very big, and all the decoration felt so classic Bali. But the reception, bell boy (man) and most the rest hotel staff is just old. 40 to 50. Except during the breakfast time, there was some teenagers, girls with black and white shirt, whose help the staff. Maybe, the hotel... More

We stayed for 6nights at this hotel. It was booked on our behalf by our holiday conceirge. We were impressed by the first imppression on arrival but this positive impression very quickly dissippitated and gradually got worse. The reception staff was not very friendly or welcoming -they were mainly staffed by "very matured" and disinterested staff -one of them clipped his toe... More

Booked a trip to Bali last minute and this was the only hotel available (and I can see why). Advertised as a five star hotel .. it certainly is not. Dirty, old and in need of a renovation. I would not return. Was not worth the high price we paid. Would not recommend it.
