Its just 20 minutes from the airport and feels a world away once in the resort, you drive through the Bali golf club when you arrive so great for golfers, and very close to the town and beach, Amankila I would recommend if your looking from somewhere more remote but the views over the sea and the sunrise are stunning

My family and I stayed two nights at Amanusa (after 2 nights at Amandari) and over loved this place. We thought it was just a smidge better than Amandari (although that was excellent too). Overall, we liked the place as it was a touch newer, and the service was a tad more personal. We met the very gracious and welcoming... More

This is another beautiful Aman resort. It is not ON the beach. You can see the beach from the resort which is about a mile away. They have carts to take you down to the beach anytime you want to go. The beach is not exactly a great beach. It's more like a shallow bay. Lots of seaweed and rocks.... More

The Amanusa hotel is a gem. Hotel rooms are invidual lodges with a private balcony and gazebo. They provide a lot of room plus outdoor and indoor shower. The staff are very good and friendly and will address you with your name from the beginning. The nearby Bali National golf club (free transfer) is a very challenging course that can... More

We stayed here for 8 days. What a great place to unwind and relax. Good food in a beautiful setting as all Aman Resorts are. Definitely worth staying here or if they are booked the St. Regis down the road.

OK it's official I am an Aman Junkie. Amanda another great hotel experience. Beautifully appointed in traditional Balinese style with its elevated position designed to maximise the soft breeze in all public areas the hotel is set in beautiful gardens on a hill overlooking the resort of Nusa Dua. Some of the lodges are quite far from main reception areas... More

we stayed at the amanusa before going to amankila. of course amankila has more of a wow factor but we still enjoyed our overnight stay at amanusa. like most amans the service provided is second to none. the villa itself is charming and definitely no complain there. we had a dinner one the beach and we had a nice time,... My wife and I stayed here for 4 days on the occasion of our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff could not have made us feel more special and made our stay so memorable. The location is wonderful, like amankila, and is set on a hill with the sea close by. What I loved about the hotel is that it feels... More

We have just spent three nights at Amanusa, having also stayed at Amanjiwo and Amandari on the same holiday. Of the three, Amanusa is the most visually and architecturally stunning. The enormous pool is a central feature of the main terrace area and alone makes a stay worthwhile. The rooms are up to the usual Aman high standards - spacious,... More

We stayed here with our kids after a stay at Amanjiwo on Java. Amanusa is in a great location, very quiet and peaceful amidst the bustle of Nusa Dua. We practically had the gigantic pool to ourself, which was often the case at the restaurant. A spectacular place like this shouldn't have only six rooms occupied, which was the case... More
