we stayed in Grand Hyatt Bali on 1-4 april 2009, when we reached in the hotel and they have a long line to check in. but we do not need to check in there since we booked their club room. we got a quick check in process and escorted to our rooms. the room was nice and spacious right in... more

The hotel is beautiful!... We had a great stay at the resort. We had our breakfast by the pool, and overall, the service was good. My children had great fun in the pool and at the beach. Highly recommended, if you plan to have rest and relax holiday! However, if you are a keen shopper, there are not many shops... more

We stayed 4 nights in the Grand Hyatt Bali and everything went pretty well. Our room was quite big, clean and with a nice decoration. A sprawling hotel with Balinese architecture, ponds with lotus flowers all around, and nice sized rooms with an extra single bed/diwan in each room and private patios/balconies. Good location, right next to Bali collection mall. Several pools, including a water slide very popular with children. Restaurants are okay, and slightly pricey but breakfast was great. more
